The platform is designed to provide users with access to trivia games, quizzes, competitive gameplay, player profiles, leaderboards, achievements, and other related features that may be introduced from time to time.
Depending on the services made available, Qashpool may also offer subscription plans, premium features, competitions, reward programmes, and associated services, subject to applicable law and the specific rules governing those features.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Qashpool website, applications, gaming platform, and associated services.
1.2 Purpose of These Terms and Conditions

- Subscription cancellation and refund restrictions.
- Rewards and withdrawals, where legally permitted and offered.
- Account suspension, termination, and deletion.
- Intellectual property and acceptable use.
- Customer support, complaints, and dispute resolution.
Users are responsible for reading and understanding the provisions applicable to the features they access.
1.3 Scope and Applicability
These Terms apply to all individuals who access or use Qashpool Services, including individuals who:
- Visit the Qashpool website.
- Register for an account.
- Join a waitlist or participate in an onboarding process.
- Access quizzes or other gameplay features.
- Participate in competitions or leaderboards.
- Purchase an available subscription or paid feature.
- Access rewards or withdrawal facilities, where offered.

Certain provisions apply only when a user accesses a particular feature. For example, payment provisions apply to relevant paid services, while withdrawal provisions apply only where a legally permissible withdrawal facility is offered.
By accessing or using Qashpool Services, users agree to comply with these Terms and the applicable rules presented for specific features.
If a user does not agree to these Terms, the user must discontinue use of the relevant services.
1.4 Acceptance of These Terms
Users must accept these Terms through the acceptance mechanism provided by Qashpool where required.
Where a separate affirmative acceptance is required, merely visiting the website or continuing to browse it will not be treated as a substitute for that acceptance.
Users must not register for or use age-restricted services if they do not meet the eligibility requirements.
If Qashpool introduces material changes to these Terms, users will be notified where appropriate or required by law. Where renewed acceptance is legally required, Qashpool will obtain that acceptance before applying the relevant changes to the affected service.
Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms applicable to their continued use of the platform.
1.5 Relationship with the Privacy Policy and Other Notices
These Terms must be read together with Qashpool’s Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and otherwise processed.
The Privacy Policy forms a separate document and does not replace the contractual rules established by these Terms.
Qashpool may also provide additional notices or feature-specific rules, including:
- Game rules and scoring explanations.
- Competition-specific conditions.
- Subscription and pricing information.
- Reward and withdrawal rules.
- Security and verification requirements.
Such notices may supplement these Terms for the relevant feature, provided they are consistent with applicable law.
Where a specific feature has additional conditions, those conditions will be made available to users before or when they access the feature, as appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms or any supplementary notice overrides a mandatory requirement of applicable law.
1.6 Effective Date and Last Updated Date
These Terms take effect on the Effective Date stated at the beginning of this document.
The Last Updated Date indicates when the document was most recently revised.
Where Qashpool changes these Terms, the revised version will identify the applicable effective date and will be communicated through an appropriate channel where necessary.
Changes will not retrospectively authorise conduct that was unlawful or otherwise invalid when it occurred.

The availability of a support channel does not limit any statutory complaint or dispute-resolution rights available to users.

3.2 Interpretation of These Terms
Headings and subheadings are included for readability and do not independently determine the meaning of a provision.
Words in the singular include the plural where the context permits, and vice versa.
References to a person include an individual or legal entity where appropriate.
The words “including”, “includes”, and “for example” are illustrative and do not limit the scope of the provision in which they appear.
References to a section or part refer to the relevant section or part of these Terms, unless otherwise specified.
3.3 References to Applicable Law
These Terms must be interpreted in accordance with Applicable Law.
Where a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
If a particular service or feature becomes unlawful or is prohibited by a competent authority, Qashpool may restrict, modify, suspend, or discontinue that service to the extent reasonably necessary to comply with the relevant requirement.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as permitting a transaction, competition, payment arrangement, or other activity that is prohibited by Applicable Law.
3.4 Order of Precedence Between Documents
These Terms establish the general contractual rules governing Qashpool Services.
The Privacy Policy governs the description of personal-data processing practices and must be read separately.
Feature-specific rules may supplement these Terms where they address a particular competition, subscription, payment, or service.
Where documents appear inconsistent, Qashpool will interpret them consistently with Applicable Law and the specific context of the relevant service.
No supplementary notice or feature-specific rule may remove a mandatory statutory right or override a legal requirement.
If a genuine inconsistency cannot be resolved through interpretation, the relevant provision will be applied in a manner consistent with Applicable Law, and Qashpool will clarify or correct the affected documentation where appropriate.
4. LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
4.1 Compliance with Applicable Indian Laws
Qashpool intends to operate its services in accordance with the laws and regulatory requirements applicable to its business and the relevant features it offers.
These may include, as applicable:
- Laws and regulations governing online gaming.
- Consumer-protection requirements.
- Data-protection and privacy requirements.
- Information-technology requirements.
- Payment and financial regulations.
- Tax and statutory reporting requirements.
- Rules governing electronic communications and advertising.
- Other applicable central or state laws.
The application of a particular law depends on the nature of the service, the relevant transaction, and the circumstances involved.
Nothing in these Terms represents that every possible feature is automatically permissible merely because it is offered through a quiz or skill-based gaming platform.
4.2 Eligibility Based on Location
Access to particular Qashpool Services may depend on the user’s location, the applicable legal framework, and any restrictions affecting the relevant service.
Users must comply with geographical eligibility requirements communicated by Qashpool.
Qashpool may request reasonable information to establish geographical eligibility where necessary for legal compliance, security, or service availability.
A user must not misrepresent their location or attempt to circumvent a lawful geographical restriction.
4.3 Geographical Restrictions
Qashpool may restrict access to a service or feature in a particular state, territory, country, or region where required by law or where the relevant service cannot lawfully be provided.
Restrictions may apply to registration, gameplay, competitions, paid features, rewards, withdrawals, or other functionality.
The availability of the public website in a location does not necessarily mean that every service or feature is available there.
4.4 Restrictions Required by Law
Qashpool may refuse, restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to a service where reasonably necessary to comply with Applicable Law, a binding order, or a direction issued by a competent authority.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, Qashpool will communicate the relevant restriction to affected users.
Any resulting treatment of subscriptions, transactions, rewards, or account balances will be handled in accordance with Applicable Law and the provisions governing the relevant feature.
4.5 Changes to Services Required for Legal Compliance
Qashpool may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a feature where a change in law, regulatory interpretation, binding direction, or other legal requirement makes the existing feature unlawful or materially affects its permitted operation.
Where reasonably practicable, Qashpool will provide advance notice of material changes.
Where immediate action is necessary to comply with a legal requirement or prevent unlawful activity, a change may take effect without advance notice, subject to Applicable Law.
Any resulting payment, cancellation, or outstanding-balance issue will be handled under the relevant provisions of these Terms and applicable law.
4.6 Regulatory Determinations and Service Suspension
If a competent authority determines, or Qashpool has a reasonable basis to believe, that a service or feature may violate an applicable legal requirement, Qashpool may take proportionate steps to restrict access while the matter is assessed or resolved.
Such steps may include suspending the affected feature, stopping new registrations for it, pausing relevant transactions where legally permissible, or discontinuing the feature.
Qashpool will not treat this provision as unrestricted authority to disregard user rights or retain funds without a lawful basis.
Where applicable, users will be informed of material consequences and available complaint or review procedures.
5. Eligibility Requirements
5.1 Minimum Age Requirement
Qashpool is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By registering for an account, accessing account-restricted features, participating in a competition, subscribing to a paid service, or attempting to claim a reward, you represent that:
a. You are at least 18 years old.
b. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
c. The information you provide to Qashpool is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
d. Your use of Qashpool is permitted under the laws applicable to you and your location.
e. You are not prohibited by law or by a valid restriction imposed by Qashpool from using the relevant Services.
Qashpool does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to create or maintain accounts or participate in age-restricted features.
5.2 Age Verification
Qashpool may use reasonable age-assurance and verification measures to confirm that a user satisfies the minimum age requirement.
Depending on the feature being accessed and the requirements of applicable law, these measures may include:
a. Collecting your date of birth or age declaration.
b. Requesting additional information or documents to verify your age.
c. Using an appropriate third-party verification service, where available and lawful.
d. Conducting additional checks before allowing access to certain competitions, paid features, or reward-withdrawal functions.
e. Temporarily restricting access to a feature while verification is pending.
You agree to provide accurate information and reasonably cooperate with verification requests that are lawful, relevant, and necessary for the requested Service.
The information collected for verification will be handled in accordance with the Qashpool Privacy Policy and applicable law.
5.3 Restricted Users and Locations
Access to Qashpool, or to particular features, may be restricted where:
a. Applicable law prohibits or limits the relevant activity.
b. The user’s location is not supported.
c. A regulator or competent authority requires a restriction.
d. A payment, identity-verification, or other service provider lawfully restricts the relevant transaction or service.
e. Qashpool reasonably needs to restrict access to address a material legal, security, fraud, or platform-integrity risk.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Qashpool is lawful in their jurisdiction. However, Qashpool’s own legal obligations and responsibility for determining where its Services may lawfully operate are not transferred to users by this clause.
5.4 No Circumvention of Eligibility Requirements
You must not attempt to bypass age, identity, location, or other eligibility controls by using false information, another person’s documents, a misleading account profile, or any other deceptive method.
You must not ask another person to create or operate an account on your behalf to circumvent an eligibility restriction.
A breach of this section may result in verification, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
6. Account Registration and Authentication
6.1 Account Creation
Certain Qashpool Services may require you to register for an account.
Qashpool’s registration and authentication process may require a mobile phone number and a one-time password (OTP). Additional information may be requested depending on the features you choose to use.
You agree to:
a. Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
b. Use a mobile number that you are authorised to use.
c. Keep your account information reasonably up to date.
d. Complete any required verification steps.
e. Avoid creating an account using another person’s identity or contact information without lawful authorisation.
Submitting registration information does not guarantee that an account will be approved or that every Qashpool feature will be available to you.
6.2 Phone Number and OTP Authentication
Where Qashpool uses phone-number-based OTP authentication:
a. You must enter the mobile number associated with your account and complete the authentication process.
b. If the number is already associated with an account, Qashpool may direct you through its existing-user login process.
c. If the number is not associated with an account, Qashpool may direct you through the registration process.
d. You must not share an OTP or authentication code with another person.
e. Qashpool support personnel should not require you to disclose your OTP, UPI PIN, banking password, or other secret authentication credentials.
An OTP confirms control of a phone number at a particular time. It does not, by itself, conclusively establish a user’s age, legal identity, or eligibility for every Service.
Qashpool may require additional checks where reasonably necessary and lawful.
6.3 One Account Per User
Unless Qashpool expressly permits otherwise in writing, each user may maintain only one personal account.
You must not create or operate multiple accounts to:
a. Obtain additional registration benefits or promotional advantages.
b. participate more than once in a competition where only one entry is permitted.
c. manipulate leaderboards, rankings, streaks, rewards, or other platform systems.
d. evade an account suspension, termination, or eligibility restriction.
e. Misrepresent the number of independent participants using the platform.
Qashpool may investigate suspected duplicate or linked accounts where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Any restriction or action will be subject to applicable law and the relevant provisions of these Terms.
6.4 Accuracy of Registration Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is truthful and not misleading.
If your mobile number, email address, name, or other relevant information changes, you should update it through the available account settings or contact Qashpool support if self-service updates are unavailable.
Providing false information, impersonating another person, or deliberately concealing information material to eligibility may result in verification requirements or account restrictions.
6.5 Account Approval and Access
Qashpool may refuse, delay, or restrict account registration where permitted by law and where reasonably necessary to:
a. Complete required verification.
b. Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.
c. Comply with applicable law or a lawful direction from a competent authority.
d. Protect the security and integrity of the Services.
e. Address a material eligibility or security concern.
Where reasonably practicable, Qashpool will provide an appropriate explanation of a material restriction, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention limitations.
7. Account Ownership and Permitted Use
7.1 Personal Use of an Account
Your Qashpool account is intended for your personal use unless Qashpool expressly authorises another arrangement.
You must not sell, rent, lease, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your account to another person.
You must not allow another person to participate in a competition or complete gameplay on your behalf where the competition rules require individual participation.
You may not transfer your account, GamerTag, ranking, achievements, or eligibility to another person except where Qashpool expressly permits the relevant transfer.
7.2 Account Security
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect access to your account and associated devices, phone number, and authentication methods.
You must:
a. Keep authentication codes and other access credentials confidential.
b. Notify Qashpool promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or account misuse.
c. Avoid intentionally allowing another person to access or operate your account.
d. Cooperate reasonably with security checks relating to suspected account compromise.
You should contact Qashpool through its official support channel if you believe your account has been compromised.
Qashpool may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect an account, investigate suspected unauthorised activity, or prevent further harm.
7.3 Responsibility for Account Activity
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent that such activity results from your actions, your authorised use, or your failure to take reasonable account-security precautions.
However, this provision does not automatically make you liable for every activity performed by an unauthorised third party, nor does it exclude responsibilities that applicable law places on Qashpool or another party.
Qashpool may review relevant account activity when investigating suspected fraud, security incidents, competition manipulation, or breaches of these Terms.
7.4 Prohibited Account Practices
You must not:
a. Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity.
b. Use another person’s account or verification documents without lawful authority.
c. Sell, trade, rent, or purchase Qashpool accounts.
d. Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorised software to create accounts or perform restricted account activities.
e. Attempt to bypass authentication, eligibility, or security controls.
f. Exploit technical errors or account-management weaknesses to obtain an unauthorised advantage.
g. Use another account to circumvent a suspension or termination.
h. Falsify account information to qualify for a feature, promotion, competition, or reward.
Qashpool may take proportionate action in response to a substantiated breach, as described in the enforcement provisions of these Terms.
7.5 Changes to Account Information
Qashpool may provide tools to update certain account information.
For changes that affect identity, age, payment eligibility, or reward withdrawals, Qashpool may require additional verification before accepting the change.
You must not use an account-information change to conceal your identity, bypass eligibility restrictions, or improperly transfer an account or reward entitlement.
7.6 Account Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your Qashpool account by contacting hello@qashpool.com or using an account-deletion feature if one is made available.
Qashpool will process a valid request in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, account deletion may involve:
a. Disabling access to your account.
b. Removing or anonymising personal information that is no longer required to be retained.
c. Ending access to account-based features.
d. Handling any pending competition results, disputes, transactions, or reward claims in accordance with the applicable rules and law.
e. Retaining limited information where retention is legally required or permitted, including information necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or the establishment or defence of legal claims.
Qashpool may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request to prevent unauthorised deletion of another person’s account.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a payment, create a refund entitlement, or guarantee that a pending reward or withdrawal will be approved. Any outstanding matter will be handled under the relevant provisions of these Terms, the applicable feature rules, and applicable law.
Where further action or information is required to complete your request, Qashpool may contact you using the contact details associated with your account.
8. Age Verification and Protection of Minors
8.1 No Participation by Individuals Under 18
Individuals under 18 years of age are not eligible to register for or use Qashpool account-based Services.
A parent or guardian cannot make an underage individual eligible by consenting to the individual’s use of Qashpool, providing a phone number, or allowing the individual to use the parent’s payment or bank account.
Users must not create an account for an underage individual or knowingly allow an underage individual to participate through their account.
8.2 Suspected Underage Accounts
If Qashpool has reasonable grounds to believe that an account may belong to an individual under 18, it may take appropriate interim measures, which may include:
a. Temporarily restricting access to account-based features.
b. Suspending participation in competitions or other age-restricted activities.
c. Requesting proportionate and lawful age-verification information.
d. Preventing new transactions or reward claims while eligibility is assessed, where legally permitted.
e. Suspending or closing the account if the user is confirmed to be underage or fails to complete a reasonably required verification process.
Qashpool will handle suspected underage accounts in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
8.3 Rewards, Payments, and Underage Users
An underage individual is not eligible to claim rewards or participate in any feature restricted to adults.
If an underage account is identified after a payment, competition entry, or reward-related event, Qashpool will review the situation and handle any payment, transaction record, or potential reward entitlement in accordance with applicable law and the relevant terms.
Qashpool will not treat the mere existence of an underage account as an automatic basis to confiscate funds or property where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees a reward, withdrawal, or refund to an underage user. The outcome will depend on the facts, the applicable feature rules, the status of the transaction, and applicable law.
8.4 No Circumvention Through a Parent or Guardian
An adult must not allow an underage individual to use the adult’s account, identity documents, phone number, payment credentials, or payout account to gain access to Qashpool.
Where a payout or identity check is required, Qashpool may require the account holder’s verified identity to match the relevant payout details, subject to applicable law and the capabilities of its service providers.
Using a parent or guardian’s bank account does not establish that an underage participant is eligible to use Qashpool.
8.5 Information About Minors
Qashpool does not intend to collect personal information from individuals under 18 for the purpose of enabling them to participate in its Services.
If Qashpool becomes aware that it has collected personal information from an underage user in circumstances that are not permitted by applicable law, it will take appropriate steps to restrict the account and address the information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
Where deletion is legally appropriate, Qashpool will delete or otherwise handle the information as required by law. Certain records may need to be retained where legally required or permitted.
8.6 Reporting an Underage Account
If you believe that an underage individual is using Qashpool, you may report the concern to hello@qashpool.com.
Please provide enough information for Qashpool to identify and assess the account without unnecessarily sharing sensitive personal information about the individual.
Qashpool may request additional details where reasonably necessary to investigate the report. It may limit the information it discloses about its investigation to protect privacy, security, and legal interests.
8.7 No Guarantee of Access
Meeting the minimum age requirement does not automatically entitle a user to access every Qashpool feature.
Access may also depend on location, identity verification, legal restrictions, feature-specific eligibility conditions, and compliance with these Terms.
Qashpool may restrict or discontinue a feature where required by law or where reasonably necessary to maintain legal compliance and platform integrity.
9. Description of Qashpool Services
9.1 Overview of the Platform
Qashpool is an online platform designed to provide trivia, quiz-based activities, challenges, and related interactive features.
Depending on availability, location, eligibility, and applicable law, the Services may include:
a. Daily trivia questions and quizzes.
b. Timed challenges and other gameplay formats.
c. User profiles and GamerTags.
d. Scores, rankings, leaderboards, streaks, experience points (XP), achievements, and progress tracking.
e. Competitions or other performance-based activities.
f. Subscriptions or other paid features, where lawfully offered.
g. Rewards, reward tracking, or withdrawal functionality, where lawfully offered.
h. Notifications, account support, and other features introduced by Qashpool from time to time.
Not every feature will necessarily be available to every user or in every location.
9.2 Changes to Available Features
Qashpool may introduce, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features to improve the platform, address technical issues, respond to user feedback, or comply with applicable law.
Where a change materially affects a user’s existing paid entitlement, an advertised competition, or an accrued reward, Qashpool will handle the change in accordance with the applicable terms, published rules, and applicable law.
Qashpool will not rely on its general right to change the platform as a means of retrospectively changing completed competition results or improperly removing an established entitlement.
9.3 Separate Feature Rules
Certain features may have additional rules, instructions, eligibility requirements, or conditions.
Where additional rules apply, Qashpool will make them available through the relevant page, feature, or official communication channel.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before participating in a competition, purchasing a paid feature, or using a feature that has additional conditions.
Feature-specific rules must be consistent with these Terms and applicable law. If there is a conflict, the interpretation required by applicable law will prevail. Any remaining conflict will be resolved using the applicable precedence provisions in Part I and the specific wording of the relevant rules.
9.4 No Guarantee of Continuous Availability
Qashpool does not guarantee that every game, quiz, competition, leaderboard, or other feature will be available at all times.
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures, network issues, security incidents, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond Qashpool’s reasonable control.
The handling of interruptions that affect an active competition or a user’s established rights is addressed in Section 26 and any applicable competition rules.
10. Game Rules and Participation
10.1 Participation Requirements
To participate in a quiz, challenge, or competition, you must:
a. Meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements.
b. Use an authorised Qashpool account where an account is required.
c. Follow the instructions and rules displayed for the relevant activity.
d. Submit answers using the method and within the time limits specified.
e. Avoid prohibited conduct, unauthorised assistance, and attempts to manipulate gameplay.
f. Comply with applicable law and these Terms.
Qashpool may impose additional requirements for specific activities, provided those requirements are communicated appropriately.
10.2 Question Formats
Qashpool may offer different types of questions or challenges, including multiple-choice questions, factual trivia, timed questions, or other formats.
The instructions displayed for a particular activity will explain how the user is expected to submit an answer.
You are responsible for understanding those instructions before starting the activity.
Qashpool may change question formats over time. Such changes will not automatically invalidate previously completed gameplay or established results.
10.3 Submission of Answers
Answers must be submitted through the authorised interface or method provided by Qashpool.
Unless the applicable rules expressly permit otherwise:
a. An answer must be submitted before the relevant deadline.
b. A submission is not considered complete until it has been successfully received and recorded by the platform.
c. An answer cannot ordinarily be changed after the submission deadline or after it has been locked by the system.
d. Multiple submissions, where technically possible, will be handled according to the rules displayed for the activity.
e. An incomplete, late, or unrecorded submission may not qualify for scoring.
Users should allow sufficient time to submit answers and should not assume that selecting an answer on a device guarantees that the platform has recorded it.
10.4 Time Limits
Some questions or activities may have time limits.
Where a time limit applies, Qashpool will use the applicable timer or recorded timestamps to determine whether a response was submitted within the permitted period.
A response submitted after the deadline may be rejected or treated according to the published rules for that activity.
Users are responsible for maintaining a reasonably stable internet connection and using a compatible device. However, Qashpool may review credible reports of platform-side technical failures in accordance with its competition and technical-issue procedures.
10.5 Individual Participation
Unless the rules expressly state otherwise, each participant must complete gameplay personally using their own account.
You must not:
a. Allow another person to answer questions or operate gameplay on your behalf.
b. Use another person’s account to participate.
c. Coordinate answers with other participants in a manner prohibited by the relevant rules.
d. Use automated systems, scripts, bots, or other unauthorised tools to answer questions or manipulate gameplay.
e. Access or use confidential question material, answer keys, or restricted game information without authorisation.
f. Interfere with the platform or another participant’s ability to compete fairly.
Further restrictions are set out in Part IV.
10.6 Question Accuracy and Corrections
Qashpool will take reasonable steps to provide questions and answer keys suitable for the intended activity.
Nevertheless, errors may occasionally occur, including ambiguous wording, incorrect answer keys, duplicated questions, or technical errors affecting a question.
Where a material error is identified, Qashpool may investigate and take an appropriate corrective action, which may include:
a. Correcting the answer key.
b. Accepting more than one answer where justified.
c. Excluding a defective question from scoring.
d. Recalculating affected scores or rankings.
e. Cancelling or rerunning an affected activity where necessary.
f. Providing another reasonable remedy consistent with applicable law and the published competition rules.
Qashpool will seek to apply corrections consistently to similarly affected participants.
10.7 Completion of an Activity
An activity is considered completed when the platform records the user’s participation according to the applicable rules.
Starting a quiz does not guarantee completion, a particular score, a leaderboard position, or eligibility for a reward.
If a user exits an activity, loses connectivity, or fails to submit required answers, the resulting treatment will depend on the rules of that activity and whether a material platform-side failure occurred.
11. Scoring and Leaderboard Rules
11.1 General Scoring Principles
Qashpool may calculate scores using factors such as:
a. The correctness of submitted answers.
b. The time taken to submit correct answers.
c. The number of questions answered.
d. Completion of specified stages or challenges.
e. Other scoring factors disclosed in the rules for the relevant activity.
The scoring method may differ between game modes.
Before a competition begins, Qashpool should make the material scoring criteria available to participants through the relevant game interface or competition rules.
A user should not be required to rely on undisclosed scoring criteria to understand how their performance is evaluated.
11.2 Accuracy
Where accuracy contributes to a score, Qashpool will determine correctness using the answer key or other assessment method applicable to the question.
Incorrect, missing, invalid, or unsubmitted answers may receive no accuracy points, subject to the rules for the relevant activity.
Where a question or answer key is corrected under Section 10.6, the affected scores may be recalculated accordingly.
11.3 Speed and Timing
Where response speed contributes to scoring, Qashpool will use the timing method specified for the relevant activity.
The platform may record relevant timestamps, including question presentation and answer submission times, to calculate response speed or determine whether a submission was timely.
Timing calculations may be affected by technical factors, including latency and connectivity. Qashpool will apply the disclosed timing rules consistently and may investigate credible evidence of a platform-side timing error.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, users must not attempt to manipulate timestamps, device clocks, network requests, or other technical inputs to obtain a scoring advantage.
11.4 Score Calculation and Rounding
Scores will be calculated using the scoring rules configured for the relevant activity.
Where rounding, weighting, penalties, bonuses, or other adjustments apply, those rules should be disclosed before participation where they materially affect results.
Qashpool may correct an identifiable calculation or software error that has affected scores or rankings. Where practicable, material corrections will be communicated to affected users.
11.5 Leaderboard Rankings
Qashpool may display rankings based on users’ scores or other published performance criteria.
Leaderboards may be organised by day, competition, game mode, achievement, or another category.
A leaderboard position is determined according to the applicable ranking rules and the data recorded by Qashpool’s systems, subject to legitimate corrections, investigations, and dispute procedures.
A displayed position may be provisional until the relevant activity is closed and any required verification or integrity checks have been completed.
11.6 Tie-Breaking Rules
If two or more participants receive the same score, Qashpool will apply the tie-breaking method published for the relevant competition.
Depending on the rules announced for that competition, tie-breakers may include:
a. Higher accuracy.
b. Faster completion time.
c. An earlier qualifying submission timestamp.
d. Another clearly disclosed performance-based criterion.
Qashpool should not introduce an undisclosed tie-breaker after a competition has concluded merely to favour a particular participant.
If no applicable tie-breaker was published or the published method cannot reasonably resolve the tie, Qashpool will assess the issue under the competition’s published rules and applicable law before finalising any affected outcome.
11.7 Leaderboard Updates and Corrections
Leaderboards may update during or after an activity.
Qashpool may temporarily withhold, mark as provisional, correct, or recalculate leaderboard results where reasonably necessary to:
a. Resolve a technical error.
b. Correct an inaccurate score or answer key.
c. Investigate suspected manipulation or fraud.
d. Complete required eligibility or verification checks.
e. Comply with applicable law or a lawful direction from a competent authority.
Where a material change affects a user’s result or an advertised reward, Qashpool will provide an appropriate explanation where reasonably practicable and legally permitted.
11.8 No Guarantee of Rank or Reward
Participation in a game or competition does not guarantee a particular score, leaderboard position, reward, or financial return.
Where rewards are offered, eligibility and entitlement are governed by the applicable reward rules, verification requirements, and applicable law.
A leaderboard display alone does not necessarily establish that a reward has been finally approved or is available for withdrawal.
12. Competition Schedule and Results
12.1 Competition Schedule
Qashpool may operate daily quizzes, scheduled competitions, limited-time challenges, or other activities.
The relevant interface or competition rules will specify the applicable start time, closing time, participation window, and any other material schedule information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular activity, references to a calendar day or daily reset on Qashpool refer to Indian Standard Time (IST).
Qashpool may revise future schedules where reasonably necessary. Where a schedule change materially affects an activity that has already opened, Qashpool will handle the change in accordance with the published rules and applicable law.
12.2 Daily Reset
Where a game mode uses a daily reset, the reset will occur at the time specified in that mode’s published rules.
A daily reset may affect the availability of questions, daily scores, streaks, participation limits, or daily leaderboard standings, depending on the relevant game design.
A daily reset does not automatically erase an established entitlement, settled transaction, or reward that has already been validly earned. Any effect on an ongoing competition or pending result will be governed by the applicable rules.
12.3 Closing a Competition
A competition may close when its published participation period ends or when another clearly stated closing condition is met.
After closure, Qashpool may conduct reasonable checks before finalising results. These may include checking submission records, verifying eligibility, reviewing suspected misconduct, correcting technical errors, and completing required identity or reward verification.
During this process, affected results may remain provisional.
12.4 Verification Before Final Results
Where a competition includes rewards or other benefits, Qashpool may require additional verification before confirming a result or approving a reward.
Verification may include checking age eligibility, account information, participation records, compliance with competition rules, or other information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and permitted by law.
Verification requirements must be applied consistently and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
A delay caused by a genuine verification requirement does not automatically mean that a participant has forfeited an otherwise valid entitlement. The outcome will depend on the applicable rules, the facts, and any relevant legal requirements.
12.5 Cancellation, Suspension, or Rerun
Qashpool may suspend, cancel, or rerun an activity where reasonably necessary because of:
a. A material technical failure.
b. A significant error in the questions, answer key, scoring system, or leaderboard.
c. Suspected widespread fraud or coordinated manipulation.
d. A security incident that materially compromises the activity.
e. A legal or regulatory requirement.
f. Another exceptional circumstance that materially prevents the activity from being conducted fairly or as advertised.
Where practicable, Qashpool will communicate the reason for a material cancellation or rerun and explain how the affected activity and any associated entitlements will be handled.
Qashpool will not use this provision arbitrarily to avoid honouring valid, established obligations.
12.6 Publication of Results
Qashpool may display results, scores, rankings, or GamerTags through its platform or official communication channels.
Where results are made public, Qashpool will seek to limit displayed information to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and consistent with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Qashpool may withhold or remove information where required for privacy, security, legal compliance, or correction of an inaccurate result.
12.7 Result Queries and Disputes
If you believe your score, submission, ranking, or competition result is incorrect, you may contact Qashpool at hello@qashpool.com.
Where possible, include:
a. Your registered mobile number or another appropriate account identifier.
b. The relevant competition or activity.
c. The approximate date and time of participation.
d. A description of the issue and any relevant supporting evidence.
Do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in your complaint.
Qashpool may review relevant platform records and request additional information where reasonably necessary. It will assess the complaint under the applicable competition rules, its available records, and applicable law.
Submitting a query does not automatically guarantee a change to the result. However, a valid material error will be considered for correction in accordance with these Terms.
12.8 Records and Finalisation
Qashpool may retain relevant gameplay, scoring, and competition records for reasonable periods to administer the Services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and maintain appropriate audit records.
Retention and deletion of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Once a result has been finalised, Qashpool may still correct it if a material error, fraud, ineligible participation, or other legitimate issue is subsequently discovered. Any correction will be handled consistently with the relevant rules and applicable law.
13. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
13.1 Commitment to Fair Play
Qashpool aims to maintain a fair, secure, and reliable environment for all eligible users.
You must participate honestly, follow the rules of each activity, and refrain from conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, its games, competitions, scoring systems, leaderboards, or reward mechanisms.
These obligations apply to all Qashpool Services, including quizzes, timed challenges, leaderboards, promotional activities, and any competition or reward feature that is lawfully offered.
13.2 Cheating and Unfair Advantages
You must not cheat or attempt to obtain an unfair advantage through unauthorised means.
Prohibited conduct includes:
a. Using bots, scripts, macros, or other unauthorised automation to answer questions or participate in competitions.
b. Manipulating response times, timestamps, scores, rankings, or other gameplay data.
c. Exploiting software vulnerabilities, scoring errors, or unintended system behaviour to gain an advantage.
d. Accessing restricted answer keys, confidential question banks, or non-public competition information without authorisation.
e. Tampering with requests, application data, or communications between your device and Qashpool’s systems.
f. Interfering with another user’s participation or attempting to disrupt a competition.
g. Knowingly taking advantage of a material technical error to obtain a result or reward that the published rules do not permit.
h. Using any other unauthorised method intended to defeat the competition’s published rules or integrity controls.
This section does not prohibit ordinary use of accessibility tools or assistive technology that Qashpool permits, provided their use does not violate the applicable competition rules or materially undermine fair participation.
13.3 Multiple Accounts and Duplicate Participation
Unless expressly permitted by Qashpool, you must not create, control, or use multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
Prohibited conduct includes:
a. Entering the same competition through multiple accounts where only one entry is permitted.
b. Creating additional accounts to obtain repeated promotional benefits.
c. Using other people’s accounts to increase your chances of obtaining a reward.
d. Coordinating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboard positions.
e. Using a new account to bypass a suspension, restriction, or termination.
f. Misrepresenting several accounts as belonging to different independent participants.
Qashpool may investigate accounts that appear to be linked where there are reasonable grounds to suspect duplicate participation, fraud, or another breach of these Terms.
A shared device, network connection, household, or other isolated technical indicator does not necessarily prove misconduct by itself. Qashpool may consider relevant evidence as a whole before taking material enforcement action.
13.4 Collusion and Coordinated Manipulation
You must not coordinate with another user or group of users to manipulate a competition or obtain an advantage that is prohibited by its rules.
Examples include:
a. Sharing answers during a live competition where collaboration is prohibited.
b. Arranging for one participant to submit answers on behalf of another.
c. Coordinating accounts to influence rankings or interfere with other participants.
d. Sharing restricted competition information to undermine the fairness of an activity.
e. Submitting false reports or deliberately misleading Qashpool to affect another participant’s score or eligibility.
Ordinary discussion of general trivia, publicly available facts, or completed questions is not automatically prohibited. The relevant question is whether the conduct violates the rules of the particular activity or materially undermines its integrity.
13.5 Unauthorised Tools and Software
You must not use software, browser extensions, devices, or services that interact with Qashpool in an unauthorised manner to automate gameplay, extract restricted information, manipulate scores, or bypass technical controls.
You must not reverse engineer, probe, scan, or test Qashpool’s systems for vulnerabilities in a manner that is unauthorised or unlawful.
Nothing in this section prohibits activity that is expressly authorised by Qashpool or protected by applicable law.
If you discover a security vulnerability, you should report it responsibly to hello@qashpool.com and avoid exploiting it or accessing another person’s information.
13.6 Fraudulent Reward or Payment Activity
Where payment, promotional, or reward features are lawfully offered, you must not:
a. Submit false or misleading information to qualify for a reward.
b. Claim a reward for participation that did not genuinely occur.
c. Manipulate account, identity, or payout information to obtain a payment improperly.
d. Use another person’s identity or documents to pass verification without lawful authority.
e. Submit falsified documents or altered records during an investigation.
f. Exploit a payment or reward-processing error to obtain funds to which you are not entitled.
g. Attempt to obtain duplicate payments for the same entitlement.
h. Engage in fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or other deceptive transaction practices.
This section does not prohibit a genuine payment dispute, a lawful chargeback, a complaint about an incorrect transaction, or the exercise of a consumer right.
13.7 Misuse of the Platform
You must not:
a. Use Qashpool for an unlawful purpose.
b. Upload or transmit malicious code or other harmful material through the Services.
c. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account or restricted system.
d. Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of Qashpool.
e. Impersonate Qashpool staff, support personnel, or another user.
f. Submit deliberately false information during account registration, verification, or a formal complaint.
g. Use Qashpool to threaten, harass, defraud, or unlawfully harm another person.
h. Circumvent a lawful restriction imposed on your account or access to a particular feature.
13.8 Fair-Play Investigations
Qashpool may review relevant information where it has reasonable grounds to suspect cheating, fraud, manipulation, or another material breach of these Terms.
Depending on the nature of the concern, an investigation may involve reviewing:
a. Gameplay and answer-submission records.
b. Timing and scoring information.
c. Account registration and verification records.
d. Relevant transaction and reward records.
e. Technical logs and security signals.
f. Information submitted by users or received from service providers, where lawful.
Qashpool will seek to limit its review to information reasonably relevant to the investigation and handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
An investigation does not automatically establish that a user has breached these Terms. Qashpool may take temporary protective measures where reasonably necessary while the matter is reviewed.
13.9 Reporting Suspected Misconduct
Users may report suspected cheating, manipulation, impersonation, or fraudulent activity to hello@qashpool.com.
Reports should include enough information to help Qashpool assess the concern. Users should not publish another person’s sensitive personal information or make knowingly false accusations.
Qashpool may prioritise reports according to their seriousness, available evidence, and potential impact on platform integrity.
Where appropriate, Qashpool may take action without disclosing confidential investigation details or another user’s personal information.
14. Anti-Fraud and Security Measures
14.1 Integrity and Security Controls
Qashpool may use reasonable technical, administrative, and operational controls to protect its Services and reduce the risk of fraud, cheating, unauthorised access, and manipulation.
Depending on the feature and the risk involved, these controls may include:
a. Account and phone-number verification.
b. Rate limits and participation limits.
c. Detection of unusual account or gameplay patterns.
d. Review of scoring, timing, and submission records.
e. Device, session, and security checks.
f. Identity and eligibility verification where necessary and lawful.
g. Transaction and reward-claim checks where those features are lawfully available.
h. Temporary restrictions while a suspected security issue is investigated.
Qashpool may update these controls as threats, technology, and legal requirements evolve.
14.2 Automated Detection and Human Review
Qashpool may use automated systems to identify suspicious activity, detect technical anomalies, flag possible violations, or prioritise investigations.
An automated signal may be one factor in an enforcement decision. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate to the seriousness of the decision, Qashpool will provide a review process for material account restrictions, particularly where a user disputes the underlying facts.
Automated detection may produce false positives. A flagged account will not necessarily be treated as having committed misconduct solely because a system generated an alert.
14.3 Identity and Eligibility Checks
Qashpool may request additional identity, age, or eligibility information when reasonably necessary to verify compliance with these Terms or to meet applicable legal requirements.
Where payment or reward features are lawfully offered, additional checks may be required before a transaction or withdrawal is processed.
You agree to provide accurate information reasonably necessary for a lawful verification process.
Qashpool will explain the purpose of a verification request where reasonably practicable and will handle the information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
14.4 Monitoring and Technical Records
Qashpool may maintain technical and activity records for purposes such as:
a. Operating and securing the platform.
b. Calculating and verifying competition results.
c. Investigating suspected cheating or fraud.
d. Troubleshooting errors and improving reliability.
e. Resolving complaints and disputes.
f. Meeting applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
The types of records collected, the purposes for which they are used, and the applicable retention periods are described in the Privacy Policy or relevant feature-specific notices.
Qashpool will not treat this section as unlimited permission to collect or use personal information for unrelated purposes.
14.5 Temporary Protective Restrictions
Where Qashpool reasonably believes that immediate action is necessary to prevent fraud, protect account security, preserve competition integrity, or comply with law, it may temporarily restrict access to the affected account or feature.
Depending on the circumstances, the restriction may include:
a. Requiring additional authentication.
b. Pausing participation in an affected competition.
c. Temporarily withholding finalisation of a disputed result.
d. Pausing a reward claim or withdrawal while a relevant eligibility or fraud concern is investigated, where lawful.
e. Temporarily suspending access to a compromised account.
Qashpool will seek to limit the scope and duration of a restriction to what is reasonably necessary.
Where practicable and legally permitted, the user will be informed of the restriction and given an appropriate opportunity to respond or provide additional information.
14.6 Data Sharing for Fraud Prevention
Qashpool may share relevant information with authorised service providers, payment providers, identity-verification providers, professional advisers, or competent authorities where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
Any such sharing must be consistent with the Privacy Policy and the relevant legal obligations.
Qashpool will not disclose personal information indiscriminately or use fraud prevention as a justification for unrelated disclosures.
14.7 Security Incidents and Cooperation
If Qashpool identifies a security incident that may affect accounts, gameplay, or transactions, it may take appropriate steps to investigate, contain, and remediate the incident.
These steps may include restricting affected functionality, resetting access credentials, correcting compromised results, contacting affected users, or making legally required notifications.
Users must not knowingly interfere with an investigation or continue exploiting a vulnerability after becoming aware of it.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or obligations that apply under data-protection, cybersecurity, consumer-protection, or other applicable laws.
15. Enforcement and Disciplinary Actions
15.1 Grounds for Enforcement
Qashpool may take appropriate action where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has:
a. Breached these Terms or applicable competition rules.
b. Cheated or attempted to manipulate a score, leaderboard, or competition.
c. Created or used accounts for an unauthorised advantage.
d. Submitted false information or documents.
e. Attempted to obtain a reward or payment through fraud.
f. Compromised account security or platform integrity.
g. Violated applicable law or a lawful direction from a competent authority.
h. Used the Services in a manner that creates a material security, legal, or operational risk.
Enforcement action should be proportionate to the seriousness of the conduct, the available evidence, the risk involved, and any relevant history of violations.
15.2 Available Actions
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, Qashpool may:
a. Issue a warning or request corrective action.
b. Require additional identity, age, or account verification.
c. Remove unauthorised content or activity.
d. Reject invalid or ineligible submissions.
e. Correct scores or rankings affected by a substantiated error or violation.
f. Disqualify a participant from an affected competition where the rules and evidence justify that action.
g. Temporarily restrict access to a feature.
h. Suspend an account while a serious concern is investigated.
i. Suspend or terminate an account for a serious or repeated violation.
j. Take other reasonable and lawful steps to protect the platform and its users.
Qashpool will not impose a penalty solely because a user has made a genuine complaint, raised a good-faith concern, or exercised a right available under applicable law.
15.3 Warnings and Temporary Restrictions
Where appropriate, Qashpool may issue a warning or impose a temporary restriction before taking more serious action.
However, an immediate restriction may be necessary where there is a credible risk of fraud, ongoing abuse, account compromise, evidence destruction, or legal non-compliance.
Where a temporary restriction is imposed, Qashpool will seek to review the matter within a reasonable period, taking into account its complexity and the information available.
15.4 Disqualification and Result Corrections
Qashpool may disqualify a participant or correct a competition result where the evidence establishes a material violation of the relevant rules or a material error affecting the result.
Where practicable, the decision will be based on documented information relevant to the competition.
If a decision affects a published result or a potential reward, Qashpool will provide an appropriate explanation where reasonably practicable and legally permitted.
Qashpool may correct an error even after a leaderboard has been displayed as final if credible evidence of a material error or violation is subsequently discovered.
15.5 Handling Pending Rewards and Withdrawals
Where a reward or withdrawal is associated with an account under a legitimate fraud, eligibility, or competition-integrity investigation, Qashpool may temporarily pause processing where legally permitted and reasonably necessary.
A temporary pause is not, by itself, a final determination that the user is ineligible or that a reward is forfeited.
After reviewing the matter, Qashpool will handle the claim according to the applicable competition rules, the evidence, the relevant payment arrangements, and applicable law.
Qashpool will not treat every account suspension as an automatic basis for permanently confiscating funds or withholding an established entitlement. Any adjustment, cancellation, or recovery must have a valid basis under the applicable rules and law.
15.6 Notice of Enforcement Decisions
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, Qashpool will notify a user when a material enforcement action is taken against their account.
The notice may describe:
a. The action taken.
b. The general reason for the action.
c. Any information or corrective step required from the user.
d. Whether the action is temporary or final.
e. How the user may request a review or submit relevant information.
Qashpool may limit the details provided where disclosure would compromise platform security, reveal confidential detection methods, prejudice an investigation, violate another person’s privacy, or conflict with a legal obligation.
15.7 Review and Appeals
If you believe that a material enforcement decision was made in error, you may contact hello@qashpool.com and request a review.
Your request should identify the affected account or activity, explain why you believe the decision is incorrect, and include relevant supporting information.
Qashpool will consider the request in light of the available records and applicable rules. Where appropriate, the review may be handled by someone other than the person who made the original decision.
Submitting a review request does not automatically restore access or guarantee that the decision will be reversed.
Nothing in this section removes any complaint, appeal, or other remedy available to you under applicable law.
15.8 Repeated or Serious Violations
Repeated violations or a serious incident may justify stronger action, including account termination, where supported by the evidence and permitted by law.
Qashpool may consider the nature of the conduct, its impact, prior warnings, whether the violation was deliberate, and whether the user cooperated with a reasonable investigation.
Where an account is terminated, any pending competition result, transaction, reward claim, or withdrawal will be handled under the relevant provisions of these Terms and applicable law.
15.9 Cooperation with Authorities
Qashpool may preserve or disclose relevant information to a competent authority where required or lawfully permitted.
Qashpool may also take steps necessary to comply with a lawful order, investigate suspected unlawful activity, or protect the rights and safety of users and other affected parties.
Any such action will be subject to applicable legal requirements, including relevant privacy and data-protection obligations.
16. Pricing and Paid Services
16.1 Availability of Paid Services
Qashpool may offer subscriptions, premium features, or other paid services where permitted by applicable law.
The availability, pricing, duration, and features of a paid service will be communicated through the relevant purchase page or other official Qashpool interface before the user completes the transaction.
Not every service will necessarily be paid, and Qashpool may provide certain features free of charge.
A feature described as free may still be subject to eligibility requirements, usage limits, or other conditions disclosed to users.
16.2 Display of Prices
Before completing a purchase, users will be shown the applicable price and material purchase conditions.
Depending on the service, these may include:
a. The total amount payable.
b. The subscription duration or billing period.
c. Whether the payment is one-time or recurring.
d. Any applicable taxes or additional charges.
e. The features included in the purchase.
f. Any material usage restrictions.
g. The applicable cancellation and refund conditions.
h. Any other material conditions necessary for an informed purchase.
Where required by law, prices and mandatory charges will be displayed in the prescribed manner.
16.3 Taxes and Additional Charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes and legally chargeable fees may form part of the total amount payable.
The purchase interface will identify material additional charges before payment where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from your use of Qashpool, including obligations relating to income or rewards, where applicable.
Qashpool’s own statutory obligations, including any applicable tax collection, deduction, reporting, or remittance duties, remain its responsibility.
16.4 Changes to Pricing
Qashpool may revise the prices of its services from time to time.
A revised price will generally apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.
Where a price change affects an existing subscription or recurring payment, Qashpool will provide notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law or the relevant payment arrangements before charging the revised amount.
A price change will not, by itself, authorise Qashpool to charge a user more than the amount properly authorised for an existing transaction.
16.5 Promotional Offers
Qashpool may offer discounts, introductory prices, promotional access, or other benefits subject to specific conditions.
Promotional terms may specify eligibility, duration, availability, redemption limits, and whether the offer can be combined with other promotions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional benefits are personal, non-transferable, and subject to the stated conditions.
Qashpool may correct a genuine promotional error or withdraw an offer where legally permitted. It will handle purchases already completed in reliance on an offer according to the applicable terms and law.
16.6 No Unauthorised Purchases
You must not use another person’s payment instrument or payment account without lawful authority.
You must not misrepresent your identity, manipulate a payment process, or use Qashpool to facilitate fraudulent transactions.
If you believe that a payment was made without your authorisation, you should promptly contact your payment provider and notify Qashpool through its official support channel.
17. Payments and Transactions
17.1 Authorised Payment Methods
Qashpool may support payment methods made available through its authorised payment service providers.
Available methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, or other supported payment methods, depending on the transaction and provider.
The payment options shown at checkout will determine which methods are available for a particular purchase.
Qashpool does not guarantee that every payment method will be available at all times.
17.2 Payment Authorisation
When making a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction for the amount displayed at checkout.
You must ensure that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed, or placed under review by the payment provider or financial institution.
Qashpool may be unable to complete a purchase until the relevant payment status has been confirmed.
17.3 Payment Confirmation
A transaction will be treated as paid only when the payment status has been confirmed through the applicable payment system or provider.
A screenshot, message, or other indication of payment does not necessarily establish that Qashpool has received or settled the funds.
Where a payment is successful but the corresponding service is not activated, you should contact Qashpool support with the transaction reference and relevant details.
Qashpool will review the available records and take appropriate corrective action where a genuine processing error is identified.
17.4 Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Transactions
A payment may remain pending or appear unsuccessful even when an amount has been temporarily debited from your account.
If a transaction fails or is duplicated, Qashpool will review the transaction records and coordinate with the relevant payment provider where necessary.
Any reversal, refund, or correction will be handled in accordance with the transaction status, the applicable payment arrangements, and applicable law.
Where a payment provider is responsible for processing a reversal, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on that provider and your financial institution.
Qashpool will not treat a genuine duplicate payment or an amount collected in error as an ordinary, non-refundable purchase merely because the general refund policy applies.
17.5 Payment Receipts and Records
Qashpool or its authorised payment provider may provide a transaction confirmation or receipt.
You should retain transaction references and relevant payment records until the transaction is completed and any associated issue is resolved.
Qashpool may maintain transaction records for accounting, service administration, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, subject to its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
17.6 Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed by third-party providers operating under their own terms, privacy notices, and security procedures.
You may need to accept the applicable provider terms or provide information directly to the provider to complete a transaction.
Qashpool will use reasonable care in selecting and integrating payment services, but the availability and operation of third-party systems may be outside its direct control.
Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that applicable law places on Qashpool in relation to a payment or service provided through its platform.
17.7 Unauthorised or Suspicious Transactions
Qashpool may delay or restrict a transaction where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, verify a payment, address a security concern, or comply with a lawful requirement.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, Qashpool will communicate the relevant issue and request any information needed to resolve it.
Users must cooperate with reasonable and lawful verification requests.
A transaction review must not be treated as a final determination of fraud without an appropriate basis.
17.8 Currency and Transaction Information
Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, prices for Qashpool’s India-focused services will be displayed in Indian rupees (INR).
Where a payment provider applies a currency conversion or other charge, the relevant provider’s terms may apply.
The amount ultimately debited may depend on the payment method and any charges disclosed before the transaction is authorised.
18. Subscription Management
18.1 Subscription Terms
Where Qashpool offers a subscription, the purchase page will specify the subscription’s duration, price, included features, and applicable billing conditions.
A subscription may be offered for a fixed period or on a recurring basis.
The specific subscription terms presented at the time of purchase will govern the subscription, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Users should review the subscription details before confirming payment.
18.2 Activation of a Subscription
A subscription will ordinarily be activated after the relevant payment has been successfully confirmed, unless the purchase page specifies another activation process.
If payment is successful but the subscription is not activated correctly, contact Qashpool support with the relevant transaction information.
Qashpool will investigate the issue and take appropriate corrective action where an activation error is confirmed.
18.3 Subscription Renewal
If a subscription renews automatically, the applicable renewal frequency, amount, and renewal conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Recurring payments will be processed only in accordance with the authorisation provided by the user and applicable law, including any applicable requirements for recurring-payment mandates and notifications.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method associated with your subscription remains valid and authorised.
A failed renewal may result in the subscription expiring, being suspended, or requiring a new payment, depending on the published subscription conditions.
18.4 Cancellation by the User
You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation option provided in your account or by contacting Qashpool support if a self-service option is unavailable.
Qashpool will provide reasonable instructions for cancellation.
Where a subscription is billed through a third-party platform or payment provider, you may also need to cancel it through that provider’s designated process.
You should retain any cancellation confirmation for your records.
Cancellation will take effect in accordance with the disclosed subscription terms and applicable law. Where a cancellation request is submitted before the next renewal, Qashpool will process it in time to prevent a further renewal where required and reasonably practicable under the applicable billing arrangements.
18.5 Effect of Cancellation
Unless the purchase terms or applicable law provide otherwise, cancellation stops future subscription renewals and does not automatically reverse a payment already completed.
Where a subscription has been paid for a fixed period, access may continue until the end of the paid period, unless the applicable terms or law require an earlier end to access.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle a user to a refund for unused time, unused features, or a decision to stop using Qashpool.
This provision is subject to Section 19 and any non-excludable rights under applicable law.
18.6 Subscription Expiry
When a subscription expires or is cancelled, access to subscription-only features may end.
Any data, progress, achievements, or account information associated with the user’s account will be handled in accordance with the relevant feature rules and Privacy Policy.
Expiry or cancellation of a subscription does not automatically delete the user’s Qashpool account.
Account deletion is governed by Section 7.6.
18.7 Changes to Subscription Features
Qashpool may modify subscription features for legitimate operational, technical, or legal reasons.
Where a change materially reduces a paid entitlement during an active subscription period, Qashpool will handle the matter in accordance with the purchase terms and applicable law.
Qashpool will not use this provision to remove an existing paid entitlement arbitrarily or to avoid a remedy that is legally required.
18.8 Suspension for Payment Issues
Where a payment is reversed, a recurring payment fails, or there is a reasonable concern about an unauthorised transaction, Qashpool may temporarily restrict the associated paid feature while the issue is resolved.
Where appropriate, the user may be given an opportunity to update payment information or resolve the outstanding transaction.
Any restriction will be handled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and law.
18.9 Cancellation Does Not Waive Existing Obligations
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically eliminate obligations or claims arising from transactions that occurred before cancellation.
For example, a genuine payment dispute, a required tax obligation, or a valid claim concerning a completed transaction may need to be resolved after cancellation.
Any continuing obligation must have a valid basis under these Terms or applicable law.
19. Refunds and Cancellations
19.1 General No-Refund Policy
Qashpool’s general policy is that payments for completed purchases and subscription periods are non-refundable.
Except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law, expressly promised in the applicable purchase terms, or approved by Qashpool under an applicable exception, you will not ordinarily be entitled to a refund because:
a. You change your mind after completing a purchase.
b. You decide not to use the purchased service.
c. You do not use all the features or benefits available during the subscription period.
d. You cancel a subscription after a payment has been completed.
e. You do not achieve a particular score, ranking, or result.
f. You do not win a competition or receive a reward.
g. You fail to use the service for personal reasons.
h. Your account is restricted or terminated following a substantiated violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any valid entitlement.
This policy does not exclude refunds, reversals, compensation, or other remedies that Qashpool is legally required to provide.
19.2 Subscription Cancellation Without a Refund
Users may cancel their subscriptions in accordance with Section 18.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable purchase terms, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund of amounts already paid for the current billing period.
Where applicable, the subscription may remain active until the end of the period already paid for, after which renewal will stop.
Cancellation must not be treated as a request for account deletion unless the user separately requests deletion or uses a feature that clearly performs both actions.
19.3 Exceptions for Incorrect or Failed Transactions
The general no-refund policy does not prevent Qashpool from correcting an erroneous transaction.
Where appropriate and legally required, Qashpool may arrange a refund, reversal, or other correction for matters such as:
a. A confirmed duplicate charge.
b. A payment collected in error.
c. A successful payment for which the purchased service was not provided and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected.
d. A transaction that applicable law requires to be refunded or reversed.
e. Another circumstance in which a refund or equivalent remedy is legally required.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the transaction, the nature of the error, the applicable payment arrangements, and the law.
19.4 Unauthorised Payments
If you believe that a payment was made without your authorisation, notify your payment provider promptly and contact Qashpool support.
Qashpool may review relevant transaction records and request reasonable information necessary to investigate the matter.
A genuine unauthorised-payment claim will be assessed on its merits. It will not be rejected solely because Qashpool has a general no-refund policy.
Users must not knowingly submit false or fraudulent payment claims.
19.5 Service Interruptions and Refund Requests
Temporary service interruptions, maintenance, or technical difficulties do not automatically entitle a user to a refund.
However, where a material service failure affects a paid entitlement, Qashpool will consider the issue under the applicable purchase terms and applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include restoring access, extending access where appropriate, correcting a transaction, or providing another remedy required by law.
Nothing in this section guarantees a particular remedy where the law does not require one.
19.6 Refund Requests and Review
Where a user believes a refund or transaction correction is required, they may contact hello@qashpool.com.
The request should include:
a. The account identifier or registered contact information.
b. The relevant transaction reference.
c. The date and amount of the transaction.
d. A clear description of the issue.
e. Any relevant supporting information.
Users should not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, or unnecessary sensitive financial information.
Qashpool may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the request.
19.7 Processing of Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method where practicable and permitted by the relevant payment provider.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the user’s account may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
If the original payment method is unavailable, Qashpool may request reasonable information to determine an appropriate lawful alternative.
19.8 Rewards Are Not Subscription Refunds
Where Qashpool lawfully offers rewards, a reward claim or withdrawal is separate from a refund for a subscription or purchase.
Eligibility for a reward, the finalisation of competition results, and withdrawal processing are governed by Part VI and the applicable competition rules.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel a separately established reward entitlement. Equally, purchasing a subscription does not guarantee that a user will earn or receive a reward.
19.9 Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in this Part limits a consumer’s rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If a provision of this Part conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, that legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent they are lawful and enforceable.
20. Reward Structure
20.1 Availability of Rewards
Qashpool may offer rewards or other benefits for eligible participation in competitions or activities, but only where the relevant feature is permitted under applicable law.
The availability, nature, value, eligibility conditions, and distribution method of any reward will be specified in the rules applicable to the relevant competition or activity.
Rewards may be offered only for selected activities and may not be available to every user, game mode, location, or subscription type.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that Qashpool will offer cash rewards or that a particular competition will include a financial prize.
20.2 Published Reward Conditions
Before a user participates in an activity in which rewards are offered, Qashpool should make the material reward conditions available through the relevant interface or official rules.
Depending on the activity, these conditions may include:
a. The total reward pool or individual reward amounts.
b. The number of eligible recipients.
c. The criteria used to determine eligibility.
d. The scoring, ranking, and tie-breaking rules.
e. The competition’s opening and closing times.
f. Any minimum participation or performance requirements.
g. Any applicable age, location, identity, or verification requirements.
h. The process and expected timeline for reward approval and payment.
i. Any material restrictions, exclusions, or disqualification conditions.
If a material reward condition changes after participation has begun, Qashpool will handle the change in accordance with the published competition rules and applicable law.
20.3 Performance-Based Eligibility
Where rewards are determined by performance, eligibility will be assessed using the scoring, ranking, and tie-breaking rules disclosed for the relevant activity.
Depending on those rules, relevant factors may include answer accuracy, response time, total score, completion of specified stages, or other disclosed performance criteria.
A user’s position on a live or provisional leaderboard does not necessarily establish final eligibility for a reward.
Qashpool may verify the relevant result before approving a reward, including checks for eligibility, scoring accuracy, technical errors, and compliance with the competition rules.
20.4 No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation in Qashpool does not guarantee income, profit, a reward, or any particular financial outcome.
Users must not treat projected rewards, leaderboard positions, promotional examples, or potential winnings as guaranteed income.
Unless a particular reward has been validly approved under the applicable rules, any displayed amount may be provisional and subject to verification.
20.5 Reward Limits and Distribution
The applicable competition rules may specify limits on the number or value of rewards a user can receive.
Such limits may include restrictions relating to a particular competition, day, promotional period, or account.
Qashpool may impose eligibility conditions to prevent duplicate claims, fraud, manipulation, or other prohibited conduct, provided those conditions are lawful and appropriately disclosed.
20.6 Errors in Reward Information
If Qashpool discovers a material error in a published reward amount, calculation, leaderboard, or eligibility record, it may investigate and correct the error.
Where reasonably practicable, Qashpool will communicate a material correction to affected users.
If a reward has already been approved or paid, any adjustment or recovery must have a valid basis under the applicable rules and law. Qashpool will not treat an ordinary display error as unrestricted authority to recover funds from a user.
20.7 Cancellation of a Reward-Eligible Activity
A reward-eligible activity may be suspended or cancelled where reasonably necessary because of a material technical failure, suspected widespread manipulation, a legal requirement, or another exceptional circumstance affecting the integrity or lawful operation of the activity.
Where practicable, Qashpool will explain how the cancellation affects results and any potential reward entitlements.
Any outstanding entitlement will be assessed under the published rules, the circumstances of the cancellation, and applicable law.
20.8 No Transfer or Sale of Reward Eligibility
Unless expressly permitted by the relevant rules, reward eligibility is personal to the qualifying account holder.
You must not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise trade your place in a competition or your eligibility for a reward.
Qashpool may reject an attempted transfer that violates the published rules or applicable law.
21. Reward Credits and Balances
21.1 Reward Statuses
Where reward-tracking functionality is lawfully offered, Qashpool may display reward amounts and their processing status within the user’s account.
Depending on the system, a reward may be marked as:
a. Potential: An amount displayed based on a provisional score, ranking, or preliminary result.
b. Under Review: An amount awaiting verification or resolution of a relevant issue.
c. Approved: A reward entitlement that has passed the applicable eligibility and verification checks.
d. Processing: An approved reward for which payout processing has commenced.
e. Paid: A payout that has been confirmed as completed through the relevant payment process.
These labels describe processing stages and do not, by themselves, determine the legal character of a balance. The actual rights associated with each status will depend on the applicable rules, the transaction, and applicable law.
21.2 Provisional Amounts
A potential or provisional reward is not necessarily an approved payment entitlement.
Before approval, the amount may be affected by:
a. Finalisation of competition results.
b. Correction of a scoring or technical error.
c. Verification of eligibility.
d. Investigation of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct.
e. Resolution of a genuine dispute concerning the result.
Qashpool will apply the published rules consistently and will not use provisional status to arbitrarily deny an otherwise valid entitlement.
21.3 Approved Rewards
Once a reward has been approved, Qashpool will process it according to the relevant reward rules, applicable verification requirements, payment arrangements, and applicable law.
Approval does not necessarily mean that the money has already been transferred to the user’s bank account or UPI-linked account.
Where further information is lawfully required to complete the payout, Qashpool may request that information before processing the payment.
21.4 Reward Records and Displayed Balances
A displayed reward balance is an account record used to communicate the status of a reward or payout.
Unless Qashpool expressly states otherwise in a legally compliant product arrangement, a displayed balance should not be interpreted as a general-purpose bank account, deposit account, or stored-value payment instrument.
The legal character of any reward balance will depend on how the system actually operates and the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
Qashpool will not represent a balance as immediately withdrawable if it remains subject to material eligibility checks, approval, or other disclosed conditions.
21.5 Corrections and Adjustments
Qashpool may correct a reward record to address a verified calculation error, duplicate entry, processing error, or other substantiated discrepancy.
Where a correction affects an approved reward or a completed payment, Qashpool will assess the issue under the applicable rules and law.
Any recovery of a previously paid amount must have a valid legal and contractual basis. Users will be informed of material adjustments where reasonably practicable and legally permitted.
21.6 No Interest or Investment Return
Unless expressly required by applicable law or agreed in a separate lawful arrangement, a reward amount does not earn interest or investment returns merely because it is recorded in Qashpool’s systems or awaits processing.
This provision does not determine the regulatory status of a balance or exclude any obligations imposed by law.
21.7 Expiry and Dormant Reward Claims
Any deadline or expiry condition applicable to a reward claim must be disclosed in the relevant competition rules and comply with applicable law.
Qashpool will not introduce an undisclosed expiry period after a reward has been approved merely to avoid an established payment obligation.
Where a user fails to complete a reasonably required verification process, Qashpool may pause processing while seeking the information needed to determine eligibility and complete the payout.
The eventual handling of an unclaimed or unresolved reward will depend on the published rules and applicable law.
22. Withdrawal Policy
22.1 Eligibility to Request a Withdrawal
Where Qashpool lawfully offers cash rewards and withdrawal functionality, a user may request withdrawal of an approved and withdrawable reward in accordance with the relevant rules.
Before submitting a withdrawal request, the user may be required to:
a. Meet the applicable minimum age requirement.
b. Complete any required identity or eligibility verification.
c. Provide accurate payout information.
d. Satisfy any lawful minimum withdrawal threshold.
e. Complete any legally required tax or compliance formalities.
f. Comply with the relevant competition and reward rules.
A leaderboard position or potential reward does not automatically make an amount eligible for withdrawal.
22.2 Supported Withdrawal Methods
Qashpool may support payout methods made available through its authorised payment providers.
Depending on availability and applicable law, these may include UPI-linked accounts or bank transfers.
The methods available to a particular user will be displayed through the relevant interface or communicated during the withdrawal process.
Qashpool does not guarantee that every payout method will be available to every user.
22.3 Accurate Payout Information
You are responsible for providing accurate payout information and ensuring that you are authorised to use the nominated payout destination.
Where required by the applicable process, the verified identity of the account holder must correspond to the identity associated with the payout destination.
Qashpool may request additional information to resolve a mismatch or confirm eligibility.
You must not use another person’s identity or payout details to circumvent age restrictions, identity checks, or other eligibility requirements.
If incorrect information results in a failed or misdirected payment, Qashpool will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps in accordance with the available payment records and applicable law.
22.4 Minimum Withdrawal Thresholds
Qashpool may establish a minimum withdrawal amount where the threshold is lawful and operationally justified.
Any applicable threshold, transaction limit, or other material withdrawal condition should be displayed before the user relies on the relevant reward feature.
Qashpool may revise future thresholds where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any established entitlement.
A threshold will not automatically extinguish an approved reward merely because the reward is below the threshold. The handling of such amounts will be governed by the published rules and applicable law.
22.5 Withdrawal Requests and Processing
When a user submits a withdrawal request, Qashpool may review:
a. The approved reward balance.
b. The user’s eligibility and verification status.
c. The accuracy of payout information.
d. Any unresolved dispute or suspected fraud relating to the reward.
e. Relevant payment-provider requirements.
f. Any legally required tax or compliance checks.
If the request satisfies the applicable conditions, Qashpool will initiate processing through the relevant payment arrangement.
The time required for completion may depend on the payment provider, financial institution, verification requirements, and other relevant circumstances.
22.6 Indicative Processing Times
If Qashpool publishes an indicative payout timeline, that timeline should be displayed in the relevant reward or withdrawal interface.
Any statement that payouts are ordinarily completed within a particular period is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed under the applicable terms.
If a payout is delayed beyond the stated or expected period, users may contact Qashpool support with the relevant withdrawal reference.
Qashpool will review the available information and provide an appropriate update where reasonably practicable.
22.7 Failed or Returned Withdrawals
A withdrawal may fail or be returned because of incorrect payout details, provider errors, bank restrictions, technical issues, or other processing problems.
Where a failure is identified, Qashpool may request corrected information or arrange another lawful payout attempt where available.
If the payout has been returned to Qashpool or its payment provider, the associated approved reward will be handled according to the applicable records and rules.
A failed withdrawal does not automatically mean that the underlying reward has been forfeited.
22.8 Withdrawal Fees
Any withdrawal fee charged by Qashpool or a third-party provider should be disclosed before the user confirms the relevant transaction, where required by applicable law.
If a provider imposes a charge that cannot reasonably be determined in advance, Qashpool should communicate the relevant conditions as clearly as practicable.
Qashpool will not introduce an undisclosed fee retrospectively to reduce an already approved payout entitlement.
22.9 Withdrawal Reviews and Temporary Holds
Qashpool may temporarily pause a withdrawal where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, investigate a credible fraud concern, correct a material processing error, or comply with applicable law.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, the user will be informed of the general reason for the delay and any information required to resolve it.
A temporary hold is not automatically a final rejection or forfeiture of the reward.
Qashpool will seek to resolve the matter within a reasonable period, taking into account the complexity of the issue and any third-party verification requirements.
22.10 Rejection of an Ineligible Withdrawal
Qashpool may reject a withdrawal request where the user does not satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements, the reward has not been approved, the payout information cannot be verified, or another valid reason under the applicable rules or law applies.
Where practicable and legally permitted, Qashpool will provide the general reason for rejection and explain whether the user can correct the issue or request a review.
If a reward entitlement is disputed, Qashpool will assess the matter in accordance with the applicable competition rules and law.
22.11 Dormant Accounts and Pending Withdrawals
If an account becomes inactive while a withdrawal is pending, Qashpool may contact the user using the contact information associated with the account.
Where additional verification is required, processing may remain paused until the necessary information is provided.
Account inactivity alone does not automatically extinguish an approved reward entitlement.
Any applicable limitation period, unclaimed-property obligation, or other legal requirement will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
22.12 No Circumvention of Withdrawal Controls
You must not attempt to circumvent withdrawal limits, identity requirements, account restrictions, or payment controls.
Prohibited conduct includes submitting false payout information, using another person’s identity to bypass eligibility restrictions, or attempting to obtain multiple payments for the same reward.
Qashpool may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action in accordance with Part IV and applicable law.
23. Taxes and Financial Compliance
23.1 User Tax Responsibilities
Users are responsible for understanding and meeting their personal tax obligations arising from their participation in Qashpool, including any obligations relating to rewards or other amounts received.
The applicable tax treatment may depend on the nature of the activity, the legal structure of the reward, the user’s circumstances, and the law in force at the relevant time.
Qashpool does not provide personalised tax, accounting, or investment advice through these Terms.
Users should seek independent advice where necessary.
23.2 Tax Deductions and Reporting
Where applicable law requires Qashpool or its payment provider to deduct, collect, withhold, report, or remit tax in connection with a payment, the relevant party may carry out the required process.
Where legally required, Qashpool may request information reasonably necessary to meet its tax obligations.
Any deduction or withholding will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and relevant information will be provided to the user where required.
23.3 User Information for Compliance
Where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, Qashpool may request identity, tax, or other compliance information before approving or processing a reward.
You must provide accurate information and promptly correct any material inaccuracies.
If required information is missing or cannot be verified, Qashpool may pause the affected transaction while the issue is resolved, where permitted by law.
23.4 Financial Crime and Payment Compliance
Where legally applicable, Qashpool and its authorised service providers may carry out checks designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, prohibited transactions, or other unlawful activity.
These checks may include verification of identity, review of suspicious transaction patterns, or requests for additional information.
Qashpool may delay or refuse a transaction where required by law or reasonably necessary to address a substantiated compliance concern.
Any such action will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
23.5 Records and Cooperation
Qashpool may retain relevant transaction and payout records for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.
Users may be asked to provide additional information where reasonably necessary to resolve a transaction or satisfy a legal requirement.
Information handling and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
23.6 No Guarantee of Tax Treatment
Qashpool does not guarantee that a reward, payment, or transaction will receive a particular tax treatment.
Users are responsible for assessing their own obligations, while Qashpool remains responsible for the duties that applicable law places on it.
Nothing in this section excludes a statutory obligation or transfers Qashpool’s own legal responsibilities to a user.
24. User Content and Public Information
24.1 User-Provided Information
Users may provide information to Qashpool through account registration, profile settings, support requests, feedback, reports, or other platform features.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the purpose for which it is provided.
You must not knowingly submit information that is false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or intended to impersonate another person.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Qashpool Privacy Policy and applicable law.
24.2 GamerTags and Profile Information
Qashpool may allow users to create a GamerTag or maintain a profile containing selected information.
You must not choose a GamerTag or profile information that:
a. Unlawfully impersonates another individual, organisation, or Qashpool representative.
b. Infringes another person’s intellectual property or other legal rights.
c. Contains unlawful threats, harassment, or other prohibited material.
d. Is intended to deceive other users about your identity, eligibility, or achievements.
e. Violates applicable law or the rules of a particular feature.
Qashpool may require you to change a GamerTag or profile detail that violates these Terms or creates a legitimate legal, security, or platform-integrity concern.
24.3 Public Leaderboards and Displayed Information
Qashpool may display selected information about users as part of its normal platform functionality.
Depending on the feature, this may include a GamerTag, score, ranking, achievement, streak, or competition result.
The information displayed will depend on the relevant feature and the applicable privacy settings and notices.
Qashpool will seek to limit public displays to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Users should avoid including phone numbers, email addresses, financial details, or other sensitive personal information in public-facing profile fields.
24.4 User Submissions and Feedback
You may choose to provide suggestions, ideas, comments, bug reports, or other feedback to Qashpool.
You retain any rights you hold in original material you submit, subject to any separate agreement or applicable law.
By voluntarily submitting feedback, you grant Qashpool a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate that feedback into its Services and operations, to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes and permitted by law.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Qashpool.
It also does not authorise Qashpool to disclose your private personal information or use unrelated personal content in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Policy.
24.5 Prohibited Content
You must not submit, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available through Qashpool any content that:
a. Is unlawful or promotes unlawful activity.
b. Infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
c. Contains malicious software or material designed to compromise security.
d. Impersonates another person or materially misrepresents facts.
e. Contains unlawful threats, harassment, or targeted abuse.
f. Exposes another person’s confidential or sensitive information without lawful authority.
g. Attempts to manipulate competitions, rankings, or reward mechanisms.
h. Otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.
Qashpool may remove, restrict, or decline to display content where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
24.6 Moderation and Content Restrictions
Qashpool may review content submitted through features that it operates or moderates.
Where reasonably necessary, Qashpool may remove content, restrict its visibility, request a correction, or suspend the relevant feature.
Any moderation decision will be based on the applicable rules, the nature of the content, and the relevant legal or operational concerns.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, Qashpool may explain the reason for a material restriction and provide a way to request a review.
24.7 Responsibility for User Content
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it.
You must not use Qashpool to distribute content unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
Nothing in this section makes Qashpool the author of every user submission or removes any responsibility imposed on Qashpool by applicable law.
24.8 Retention and Removal of User Content
Qashpool may retain or remove user-provided information in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected, the functionality of the platform, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
Where content is associated with an account that is deleted or suspended, the content may be removed, anonymised, or retained where legally required or permitted.
For example, certain records may need to be retained to resolve disputes, investigate fraud, comply with legal obligations, or maintain appropriate transaction records.
Retention of such records does not necessarily mean that the content will remain publicly visible.
25. Intellectual Property
25.1 Ownership of Qashpool Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Qashpool and its licensors retain the rights they hold in the platform and its materials, including:
a. The Qashpool name, brand identity, logos, and associated marks.
b. The website, application, user interface, and platform design.
c. Software, source code, system architecture, and technical implementations.
d. Original question sets, answer explanations, game structures, and curated content, to the extent protected by applicable law.
e. Graphics, illustrations, animations, sound, and other visual or audio materials.
f. Text, documentation, and other materials created for the Services.
g. Proprietary scoring systems, non-public platform processes, and related documentation, to the extent protected by applicable law.
These rights may belong to Wisebox Pvt Ltd or to third parties that have licensed the relevant materials to Qashpool.
25.2 Limited Licence to Use Qashpool
Subject to these Terms, Qashpool grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of any Qashpool intellectual property to you.
Your access remains subject to eligibility requirements, applicable feature rules, and any lawful restrictions imposed under these Terms.
The licence ends when your right to access the relevant Service ends, except to the extent that continued use is otherwise authorised by Qashpool or applicable law.
25.3 Restrictions on Use
Unless Qashpool expressly authorises the activity in writing or applicable law permits it, you must not:
a. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish substantial portions of Qashpool’s proprietary materials.
b. Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Qashpool’s content or platform functionality.
c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the platform, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
d. Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices.
e. Use Qashpool’s brand or visual identity in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
f. Scrape, extract, or systematically collect restricted content or data through unauthorised means.
g. Circumvent technical controls designed to protect the platform or its intellectual property.
h. Reproduce protected question banks or other proprietary materials for redistribution or commercial use without the necessary rights.
25.4 Trademarks and Branding
The Qashpool name, logo, and other brand identifiers may not be used in a manner that falsely implies an official relationship with Qashpool.
Any permitted use of Qashpool branding must comply with applicable brand guidelines and trademark law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Qashpool’s trademarks or an unrestricted right to use them.
25.5 Third-Party Materials
The Services may include software, libraries, content, or other materials owned by third parties.
Such materials may be governed by separate licence terms or notices.
Where applicable, you agree to comply with the relevant third-party licence conditions when using those materials.
Qashpool does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it is incorporated into or made accessible through the Services.
25.6 Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe that material available through Qashpool infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact hello@qashpool.com.
Your notice should include sufficient information to identify the material, explain the rights concerned, and allow Qashpool to assess the complaint.
You may be asked to provide evidence of ownership or authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Qashpool may remove or restrict the relevant material while reviewing a credible complaint, where appropriate and legally permitted.
Submitting a complaint does not guarantee removal. Qashpool will assess the information provided and take appropriate action under applicable law.
25.7 No Unauthorised Access or Reuse
You must not access or reuse restricted Qashpool content, question banks, software, or other proprietary materials through unauthorised means.
This section does not prevent lawful use of publicly available information, material in which no relevant rights exist, or activity expressly permitted by applicable law.
25.8 Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms remain with Qashpool or the relevant rights holder, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be excluded.
26. Platform Availability and Technical Issues
26.1 Availability of Services
Qashpool will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and proper functioning of its website, application, and associated Services.
However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, restricted, or degraded because of maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, network issues, security incidents, third-party outages, or other operational circumstances.
26.2 Scheduled Maintenance
Qashpool may conduct scheduled maintenance to improve performance, install updates, repair defects, or maintain security.
Where reasonably practicable, Qashpool will provide advance notice of maintenance that is expected to materially affect access to the Services.
Emergency maintenance may be carried out without advance notice where necessary to protect the platform, its users, or its systems.
26.3 User Devices and Connectivity
You are responsible for using a compatible device, maintaining a reasonably stable internet connection, and keeping your device and software in an appropriate operating condition.
Your experience may be affected by factors outside Qashpool’s control, including:
a. Mobile network or internet-service interruptions.
b. Device performance or compatibility issues.
c. Browser or operating-system problems.
d. Third-party software or service failures.
e. Local connectivity, power, or hardware issues.
Qashpool does not guarantee that the Services will operate identically across all devices, networks, or software configurations.
26.4 Gameplay Interruptions
If a technical issue interrupts an active quiz or competition, the effect on the activity will depend on the circumstances and the applicable rules.
Qashpool may investigate whether the interruption resulted from a platform-side failure, a third-party outage, or a problem affecting an individual user.
Where a material platform-side failure affects the fairness or validity of an activity, Qashpool may take reasonable corrective action, which may include:
a. Restoring access where technically possible.
b. Correcting an affected score or result.
c. Excluding a defective question or submission.
d. Reopening or rerunning an activity where appropriate.
e. Cancelling an affected activity where a fair correction is not reasonably possible.
f. Providing another remedy required by the applicable rules or law.
An interruption does not automatically guarantee a particular score, ranking, reward, or refund.
26.5 Service Errors and Incorrect Information
Qashpool may occasionally display inaccurate information because of a software defect, delayed update, or other technical issue.
Where a material error is identified, Qashpool may correct the affected information and, where necessary, review any resulting impact on competition results, subscriptions, or rewards.
Corrections will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules and law.
Qashpool will not knowingly rely on a technical error to deprive a user of an established entitlement without a valid legal and contractual basis.
26.6 Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Some features may depend on third-party services, including hosting providers, authentication systems, payment processors, communications providers, or analytics tools.
The availability and operation of those services may be outside Qashpool’s direct control.
Qashpool may temporarily disable a dependent feature if a third-party failure creates a material security, legal, or operational risk.
Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that applicable law places on Qashpool for the Services it provides.
26.7 Reporting Technical Problems
If you experience a technical issue, you may contact hello@qashpool.com.
Where possible, provide:
a. A description of the problem.
b. The approximate date and time of occurrence.
c. The affected feature or competition.
d. Your device and browser details, where relevant.
e. Any error message or other non-sensitive supporting information.
Do not include passwords, OTPs, payment authentication codes, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a support request.
Qashpool may request further information where reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
26.8 No Guarantee of Data Preservation
Although Qashpool may maintain backups and other protective measures, it does not guarantee that every item of data will always be recoverable following every technical failure.
Qashpool will take reasonable measures to protect relevant records and address data loss in accordance with its operational responsibilities, Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
This provision does not exclude any mandatory obligation relating to data protection, security, recordkeeping, or consumer rights.
26.9 Limitation of Responsibility for Interruptions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qashpool is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
This provision does not exclude responsibility for Qashpool’s own breach of an applicable legal obligation, a failure for which it is legally responsible, or a remedy that applicable law requires.
Any limitation of liability is also subject to Part VIII of these Terms.
27. Changes to the Platform
27.1 Ongoing Development
Qashpool may develop, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform as its products, technology, user needs, and operating requirements evolve.
Changes may include:
a. Introducing new game modes or features.
b. Updating the user interface or account experience.
c. Modifying non-material gameplay elements.
d. Improving security, performance, or accessibility.
e. Updating technical infrastructure.
f. Changing how selected information is displayed.
g. Introducing or discontinuing features where legally permitted.
Qashpool will seek to implement changes in a manner that maintains platform integrity and complies with applicable law.
27.2 Material Feature Changes
If a change materially affects a paid entitlement, an active competition, a published reward condition, or another established user right, Qashpool will handle the change in accordance with the applicable terms, relevant notices, and applicable law.
Where reasonably practicable, Qashpool will provide advance notice of a material change affecting an existing user entitlement.
If advance notice is not reasonably possible because of an urgent security issue or legal requirement, Qashpool may implement the change immediately and provide appropriate information afterward where practicable and legally permitted.
27.3 Changes to Game Mechanics
Qashpool may revise game mechanics, question formats, scoring displays, progression systems, streaks, achievements, or other features.
Where a change affects an active competition or materially changes how performance is evaluated, Qashpool will apply the relevant published rules and handle the transition fairly.
Qashpool will not retrospectively introduce an undisclosed scoring rule simply to change a completed result or favour a particular participant.
27.4 Introduction of New Paid Features
Qashpool may introduce new paid features where permitted by applicable law.
Before a user purchases a new paid feature, Qashpool will provide the material pricing, duration, billing, cancellation, and other purchase conditions required by law.
The introduction of a new paid feature does not authorise Qashpool to charge existing users without the necessary agreement or payment authorisation.
27.5 Discontinuation of Features
Qashpool may discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, commercial, security, or legal reasons.
If discontinuation materially affects an active paid entitlement or an established reward obligation, Qashpool will handle the matter in accordance with the applicable purchase terms, relevant competition rules, and applicable law.
Discontinuing a feature does not automatically eliminate an outstanding legal obligation.
27.6 User Feedback and Suggestions
Qashpool may consider user feedback when deciding how to improve the platform.
Submitting a suggestion does not guarantee that Qashpool will implement it or provide compensation for it.
Any use of submitted feedback will be governed by Section 24.4 and any separate agreement that applies.
27.7 Notice of Changes
Qashpool may communicate material platform changes through its website, application, account notifications, email, or another appropriate official channel.
The communication method will depend on the nature and importance of the change.
Users are encouraged to review relevant notices and updated feature rules before continuing to use a feature affected by a material change.
27.8 Legal and Regulatory Changes
Qashpool may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a feature if required to comply with applicable law, a lawful direction, or a material regulatory development.
Where reasonably practicable, Qashpool will communicate material changes and explain their impact on affected users.
Any handling of existing subscriptions, transactions, or reward entitlements will remain subject to applicable law and the relevant provisions of these Terms.
27.9 No Waiver of Existing Obligations
Qashpool’s right to modify the platform does not grant it unrestricted authority to remove an established entitlement, disregard a completed transaction, or retrospectively alter a completed competition result.
Any such adjustment must be supported by the applicable rules, a valid legal basis, or a necessary correction to a genuine error or violation.
Mandatory rights under applicable law will continue to apply.
28. Account Suspension and Termination
28.1 Suspension of an Account
Qashpool may temporarily suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
Grounds for suspension may include:
a. A suspected breach of these Terms or applicable competition rules.
b. Suspected cheating, fraud, manipulation, or unauthorised account activity.
c. A credible concern about account security or unauthorised access.
d. A pending age, identity, or eligibility verification.
e. A legal or regulatory requirement.
f. A material technical or security risk affecting the platform or its users.
g. Repeated misuse of Qashpool’s support or other platform functions.
h. Another substantiated concern that reasonably requires temporary protective action.
Where practicable, Qashpool will limit the suspension to the affected features and the period reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve the issue.
28.2 Immediate Protective Action
Qashpool may impose an immediate temporary restriction where reasonably necessary to prevent ongoing fraud, protect an account, preserve competition integrity, address a security incident, or comply with a lawful direction.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, Qashpool will notify the affected user of the general reason for the restriction and explain any steps needed to resolve the matter.
An immediate suspension is a protective measure and does not, by itself, establish that the user has breached these Terms.
28.3 Permanent Account Termination
Qashpool may terminate an account where permitted by law and where there is a valid basis for doing so.
Grounds may include:
a. A serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
b. Confirmed fraud, cheating, or deliberate manipulation of competitions or rewards.
c. Impersonation or the use of materially false identity information.
d. Confirmed underage use contrary to the eligibility requirements.
e. Deliberate attempts to compromise the platform or access restricted systems.
f. Repeated circumvention of account restrictions.
g. A legal or regulatory requirement to discontinue the account.
h. Another serious and substantiated reason that makes continued access inappropriate.
Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, Qashpool will provide notice of a material termination decision and explain the general reason for the decision.
28.4 Restriction or Termination of Specific Features
Qashpool may restrict a particular feature without terminating the user’s entire account where the concern is limited to that feature and a narrower restriction is reasonably sufficient.
For example, a verification issue affecting a reward withdrawal may require a temporary restriction on the withdrawal function rather than a complete account suspension.
The scope of a restriction will depend on the nature of the issue, the available evidence, and applicable law.
28.5 User-Initiated Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Qashpool account as described in Section 7.6.
A deletion request is distinct from an account suspension or termination initiated by Qashpool.
When processing a valid deletion request, Qashpool will handle account access and personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Certain records may need to be retained where legally required or permitted, including records necessary for accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and the resolution of outstanding disputes.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a separately managed subscription, reverse a completed payment, or determine the outcome of a pending reward claim. Each matter will be handled under the relevant provisions of these Terms and applicable law.
28.6 Effect of Suspension
During a suspension, the user may be unable to access some or all of the affected Services.
Depending on the reason for suspension, Qashpool may also temporarily prevent participation in a competition, publication of a result, or processing of a reward claim.
A temporary restriction does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, extinguish an approved reward, or establish a right to retain or confiscate funds.
The treatment of affected entitlements will depend on the circumstances, the applicable rules, and applicable law.
28.7 Effect of Termination
When an account is terminated, the user’s right to access the affected Services ends, subject to any access or review process that Qashpool or applicable law requires.
Termination may result in the loss of access to account-based features, including profiles, progression, streaks, achievements, or other functionality.
However, termination does not automatically extinguish a valid outstanding payment obligation or an established reward entitlement.
Any pending payment, approved reward, subscription matter, or dispute will be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of these Terms and applicable law.
28.8 Review of Suspension or Termination
If you believe that an account suspension, restriction, or termination was made in error, you may request a review by contacting hello@qashpool.com.
Where possible, include your account identifier, the date of the restriction, and an explanation of why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
Qashpool may request additional information reasonably necessary to review the matter.
Where appropriate, the review may be conducted by someone other than the person who made the original decision.
A review request does not automatically restore access or guarantee that the decision will be reversed. Any statutory complaint, appeal, or other remedy available under applicable law remains unaffected.
28.9 Repeated Registration After Termination
If an account has been terminated for a substantiated serious violation, Qashpool may refuse a new registration or impose additional verification requirements where permitted by law and reasonably necessary to prevent circumvention.
Qashpool will not rely on this provision to prevent a person from exercising a legal right or accessing a service where such restriction would be unlawful.
28.10 Discontinuation of Qashpool
Qashpool may discontinue the platform or a material part of its Services for legitimate operational, commercial, technical, or legal reasons.
Where reasonably practicable, Qashpool will provide appropriate notice to affected users.
If discontinuation affects an active paid entitlement, an approved reward, or another established obligation, Qashpool will address the matter in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
28.11 Provisions That Continue After Termination
Provisions that, by their nature, need to continue after an account is closed will remain applicable to the extent permitted by law.
These may include provisions concerning intellectual property, outstanding payments, valid reward entitlements, taxes, disputes, liability, and the handling of records that must lawfully be retained.
Continued application of a provision does not mean that Qashpool may retain personal information indefinitely or disregard the user’s statutory rights.
29. Disclaimers and Limitations
29.1 General Service Disclaimer
Qashpool will make reasonable efforts to provide its Services in accordance with their stated purpose and the applicable terms.
However, except where expressly stated in a binding commitment or required by applicable law, Qashpool does not guarantee that every feature will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.
The Services may be affected by technical failures, maintenance, network interruptions, third-party dependencies, and other operational circumstances.
29.2 Information and Content
Qashpool may provide trivia questions, explanations, educational material, statistics, rankings, and other information.
Although reasonable care may be taken in preparing such material, Qashpool does not guarantee that every item will be free from error, ambiguity, or omission.
Where a material error affects a competition or user entitlement, Qashpool will address the issue under the relevant rules and applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, platform content is provided for the purposes of the relevant Qashpool feature and is not intended to constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or other regulated advice.
29.3 No Guarantee of Competition Results
Qashpool does not guarantee that a user will achieve a particular score, ranking, achievement, streak, or competition result.
Results depend on the applicable rules, the user’s participation, the records maintained by the platform, and any legitimate corrections or verification processes.
Where rewards are lawfully offered, participation does not guarantee that a reward will be earned.
An approved reward or other established entitlement will be handled under the relevant terms and applicable law.
29.4 Third-Party Services
Some Qashpool functions may depend on third-party services, including authentication, hosting, payment processing, communications, or other infrastructure.
Qashpool may not control every aspect of those services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.
This disclaimer does not exclude responsibility that applicable law imposes on Qashpool for the services it provides, its representations, or its integration of third-party services.
29.5 User Devices and Internet Connectivity
Qashpool is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by a user’s device, internet connection, mobile network, or other circumstances outside Qashpool’s reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
However, Qashpool will assess credible reports of a material platform-side failure in accordance with the relevant competition rules and applicable law.
29.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qashpool will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a user’s use of the Services where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, such losses may include indirect loss of business opportunity, anticipated savings, or data that was not reasonably recoverable.
This provision does not exclude liability for a loss where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.
It also does not automatically exclude liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, a breach of a non-excludable legal duty, or another circumstance in which exclusion is prohibited by law.
29.7 No Blanket Exclusion of Responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies:
a. A consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
b. A liability that applicable law makes non-excludable.
c. A valid obligation to provide a purchased service or process a refund or correction where legally required.
d. A valid obligation relating to an approved reward or other established entitlement.
e. Any other right or obligation that must remain effective under applicable law.
If a limitation in this Part is unenforceable in a particular circumstance, it will apply only to the extent lawfully permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply where possible.
29.8 No Guarantee of Future Features
Descriptions of planned, proposed, or developing features do not necessarily mean that those features are currently available.
Qashpool may change its development plans and feature roadmap.
A user should rely on the actual purchase conditions, published competition rules, and binding commitments applicable to the relevant transaction rather than an unconfirmed product roadmap.
29.9 Reliance on Platform Information
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules and information provided for a feature before using it.
However, this provision does not excuse a materially misleading representation made by Qashpool or exclude any legal responsibility for which Qashpool is liable under applicable law.
30. Indemnification
30.1 User Responsibility for Unlawful Conduct
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs directly arising from your unlawful conduct or a material breach of these Terms.
Examples may include substantiated fraud, deliberate intellectual property infringement, or unauthorised activity that causes legally recoverable loss to Qashpool or another affected party.
30.2 Scope of Indemnification
Where applicable law permits, you agree to indemnify Qashpool and its relevant officers, employees, and authorised representatives against third-party claims and reasonable, documented costs to the extent directly caused by:
a. Your unlawful use of the Services.
b. Your deliberate infringement of another person’s intellectual property rights.
c. Your fraud or intentional misrepresentation.
d. Your material breach of these Terms that causes a legally recoverable loss.
e. Your unlawful submission or distribution of content through Qashpool.
This obligation applies only to the extent that the relevant loss or claim is attributable to your conduct and indemnification is permitted by applicable law.
30.3 Exclusions and Limitations
You are not required by this section to indemnify Qashpool for losses caused by Qashpool’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, breach of its legal obligations, or other circumstances where such an obligation would be unenforceable under applicable law.
Nothing in this section requires you to compensate Qashpool for a claim merely because you exercised a legal right, made a good-faith complaint, or disagreed with a platform decision.
30.4 Handling of Third-Party Claims
Where a claim covered by this section arises, Qashpool may notify you and request relevant information or reasonable cooperation.
Qashpool will seek to act reasonably in managing the claim and will not agree to a settlement that imposes a personal obligation on you without your consent, except where otherwise permitted by law or an applicable agreement.
Any indemnification obligation remains subject to the evidence, the actual loss incurred, and applicable law.
30.5 Survival
Any valid indemnification obligation that arose before account termination may continue to apply to the extent necessary to resolve the relevant claim and permitted by law.
Termination does not create an indemnification obligation that did not otherwise exist.
31. Force Majeure
31.1 Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Qashpool will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent it is directly caused by an event beyond its reasonable control and the effect could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome.
Such events may include:
a. Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or severe weather events.
b. War, terrorism, civil unrest, or other major public-security incidents.
c. Epidemics, pandemics, or public-health emergencies.
d. Government restrictions, emergency orders, or other binding legal measures.
e. Widespread telecommunications, internet, power, or infrastructure failures.
f. Major cyber incidents or security events that could not reasonably have been prevented or mitigated.
g. Significant failures affecting essential third-party services.
h. Other comparable events beyond Qashpool’s reasonable control.
This section does not automatically excuse a failure caused by inadequate preparation, avoidable operational shortcomings, or circumstances for which Qashpool remains legally responsible.
31.2 Effect on the Services
If a force majeure event materially affects Qashpool’s ability to operate, it may temporarily suspend or modify the affected Services to the extent reasonably necessary.
Where practicable, Qashpool will communicate material interruptions and provide relevant updates.
Qashpool will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the event and resume normal operations when reasonably possible.
31.3 Effect on Competitions and Rewards
If a force majeure event disrupts a competition, payout process, or other feature, Qashpool will assess the effect on affected users and any established entitlements.
Depending on the circumstances, Qashpool may postpone, suspend, cancel, or rerun an affected activity where permitted by the applicable rules and law.
An event beyond Qashpool’s control does not automatically extinguish a valid approved reward, refund obligation, or other established entitlement.
Any outstanding matter will be handled under the relevant provisions of these Terms and applicable law.
31.4 Payment and Withdrawal Delays
A force majeure event may delay a payment or withdrawal where it materially disrupts the relevant payment infrastructure or prevents lawful processing.
Qashpool will take reasonable steps to investigate the delay and communicate material information where practicable.
The existence of a force majeure event does not grant Qashpool unrestricted authority to retain funds or avoid an obligation that remains enforceable under applicable law.
31.5 Duration and Mitigation
Qashpool will seek to limit the duration and impact of a qualifying event through reasonable mitigation measures.
If an interruption continues for an extended period, Qashpool may consider alternative arrangements or other appropriate steps, subject to applicable law and any affected contractual entitlements.
31.6 No Automatic Waiver of Rights
Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that applicable law preserves during or after a force majeure event.
Where a provision of this section conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement will prevail.
32. Customer Support and Grievance Redressal
32.1 Customer Support
Qashpool aims to provide users with a reasonable way to request assistance, report technical issues, ask questions about account access, and raise concerns about the Services.
For general support, users may contact:
Email: hello@qashpool.com
Website: https://qashpool.com
Subject suggestion: Qashpool Support Request
When contacting support, please provide enough information to identify the relevant issue, such as the affected feature, the approximate date and time, and an appropriate account identifier.
Do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a support request.
32.2 Types of Complaints
Users may contact Qashpool about matters including:
a. Account registration, authentication, or access.
b. Age verification or eligibility restrictions.
c. Gameplay, scoring, or leaderboard discrepancies.
d. Suspected cheating, fraud, or unfair treatment.
e. Subscription activation, billing, or cancellation.
f. Failed, duplicate, or disputed payments.
g. Reward eligibility, verification, or withdrawal processing, where those features are lawfully available.
h. Technical errors or service interruptions.
i. Privacy or personal-data concerns.
j. Account suspension, termination, or deletion requests.
k. Other concerns relating to the Services or these Terms.
Complaints will be handled according to their nature, urgency, applicable legal requirements, and the information available.
32.3 Information to Include in a Complaint
To help Qashpool investigate a complaint, users should include:
a. Their name or appropriate account identifier.
b. The registered contact information associated with the account, where necessary.
c. A clear description of the issue.
d. The relevant date, time, transaction reference, or competition identifier, where applicable.
e. Any relevant supporting evidence that can be shared lawfully.
Users should provide only the information reasonably necessary to investigate the matter.
Qashpool may request additional information where necessary, but users should verify that any request comes from an official Qashpool communication channel before sharing sensitive information.
32.4 Acknowledgement and Resolution
Qashpool will seek to acknowledge and address complaints within a reasonable period.
Where applicable law prescribes a specific acknowledgement or resolution period, Qashpool will follow that requirement.
The time required to resolve a complaint may depend on its complexity, the availability of relevant records, the need for additional verification, and involvement of third-party service providers.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved promptly, Qashpool will seek to provide an appropriate update where reasonably practicable.
A complaint is not automatically resolved merely because Qashpool has acknowledged receipt.
32.5 Review of Decisions
If a user disagrees with a material decision concerning their account, competition result, subscription, or reward claim, they may request a review through the official support channel.
The request should explain why the user believes the decision was incorrect and include any relevant supporting information.
Where appropriate, Qashpool may arrange for the matter to be reviewed by someone other than the person responsible for the original decision.
Qashpool will assess the request in accordance with these Terms, the relevant feature rules, the available evidence, and applicable law.
Submitting a review request does not guarantee that the original decision will be changed.
32.6 Formal Grievance Redressal
In addition to general customer support, Qashpool will maintain a grievance-redressal process appropriate to its legal obligations and the Services it operates.
Where applicable law requires a designated grievance officer or another formally appointed contact, Qashpool will publish the relevant details and keep them updated.
- Legal entity: Wisebox Pvt Ltd
- Brand: Qashpool
- Grievance Officer: Afthab Ahammed (hello@qashpool.com)
- Email: hello@qashpool.com
32.7 Privacy and Data-Protection Complaints
Users may raise privacy-related questions or complaints by emailing hello@qashpool.com.
Where applicable law requires a separate privacy grievance mechanism, designated contact, or statutory response process, Qashpool will maintain that mechanism and publish the relevant details.
Privacy complaints will be handled in accordance with the Qashpool Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If a complaint concerns access to, correction of, deletion of, or another legally recognised right relating to personal information, Qashpool will assess and respond to the request under the applicable legal framework.
32.8 Complaints About Payments and Rewards
Where paid services or reward features are lawfully offered, users may raise a complaint about a transaction, subscription, approved reward, or withdrawal through the official support channel.
Users should include the relevant transaction or withdrawal reference and a description of the issue.
Qashpool may review its records and coordinate with the relevant payment provider where necessary.
A genuine dispute will be assessed on its merits and will not be rejected solely because the general refund policy applies.
Where applicable law requires a refund, payment correction, or other remedy, the relevant legal requirement will prevail.
32.9 Complaints Involving Third-Party Providers
Some issues may involve third-party payment processors, banks, telecommunications providers, or other service providers.
Where appropriate, Qashpool may direct a user to the relevant provider’s official complaint process or coordinate with the provider to investigate the matter.
Referring a user to a third party does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on Qashpool.
32.10 Good-Faith Complaints
Users may raise genuine concerns, question a decision, or exercise their legal rights without being penalised merely for doing so.
Qashpool may take appropriate action against complaints that involve threats, deliberate harassment, impersonation, or knowingly fraudulent information, provided the action is justified and permitted by law.
A complaint will not be considered fraudulent merely because Qashpool disagrees with the user’s account of events.
32.11 External Complaint and Regulatory Mechanisms
Where applicable law provides a right to approach a regulator, consumer authority, data-protection authority, ombudsman, or other competent body, these Terms do not remove that right.
Users may use any external complaint or dispute-resolution mechanism available to them under applicable law.
Qashpool will provide information about a relevant statutory mechanism where required.
32.12 No Waiver of Legal Remedies
Using Qashpool’s internal support or grievance process does not waive any statutory right or legal remedy available to a user.
Nothing in this section requires a user to surrender a non-excludable legal right as a condition of having a complaint considered.
33. Dispute Resolution
33.1 Initial Resolution Through Communication
If a dispute arises between you and Qashpool concerning these Terms or the Services, the parties may first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication.
You may contact hello@qashpool.com and explain the nature of the dispute, the relevant events, and the outcome you are seeking.
Qashpool will consider the matter and may request additional information where reasonably necessary.
This initial process is intended to provide an opportunity for efficient resolution. It does not prevent either party from exercising a legal right or seeking urgent relief where appropriate.
33.2 Internal Review
Where a dispute concerns an account restriction, competition result, payment, or reward claim, Qashpool may review the matter under the applicable internal procedures.
The review may consider relevant account records, transaction records, competition rules, communications, and other available evidence.
Where appropriate, Qashpool may correct a verified error or take another reasonable step to resolve the dispute.
An internal review does not replace a statutory complaint mechanism or prevent a user from pursuing a legal remedy.
33.3 Good-Faith Resolution
Both parties are encouraged to communicate clearly and provide relevant information when attempting to resolve a dispute.
Neither party is required by this clause to accept a settlement that it does not agree to.
Any settlement will be subject to applicable law and any formal requirements that apply to the agreement.
33.4 Mediation or Other Alternative Resolution
Where appropriate and legally permitted, the parties may mutually agree to use mediation or another suitable alternative dispute-resolution process.
The process, applicable rules, costs, and selection of any neutral third party should be agreed separately.
Nothing in this section makes mediation or another alternative process mandatory unless the parties validly agree to it or applicable law requires it.
33.5 No Automatic Waiver Through Delay
A party’s failure to raise an issue immediately does not automatically waive a right or remedy unless applicable law or a valid agreement provides otherwise.
Similarly, an attempt to resolve a dispute informally does not automatically extend a statutory limitation period or other legal deadline.
Users should be aware of any deadlines that may apply to their particular claim.
33.6 Urgent Legal Relief
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief or another remedy from a competent court or authority where legally available and reasonably necessary.
33.7 Consumer Rights and Mandatory Dispute Mechanisms
Nothing in this Part requires a consumer to resolve a dispute exclusively through Qashpool’s internal process or prevents access to a competent consumer forum, court, regulator, or other statutory mechanism where available under applicable law.
If a dispute-resolution provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the legal requirement will prevail.
34. Governing Law
34.1 Applicable Law
These Terms and the contractual relationship between you and Qashpool will be governed by the laws of India, to the extent applicable and subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to the user.
The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will also be subject to applicable Indian laws governing electronic transactions, consumer protection, data protection, intellectual property, payments, taxation, and other relevant matters.
The inclusion of this clause does not establish that every Qashpool feature is legally permitted. Each feature must comply with the laws applicable to its operation.
34.2 Competent Courts and Authorities
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms may be brought before a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in this clause excludes the jurisdiction of a consumer forum, regulator, or other authority where applicable law grants that body jurisdiction.
Any exclusive-jurisdiction arrangement must be interpreted consistently with mandatory legal requirements and the rights of consumers.
34.3 Mandatory Legal Protections
If a user is entitled to a mandatory legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract, that protection will continue to apply notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms requires a user to give up a statutory right merely by registering for, accessing, or using Qashpool.
34.4 Severability of Dispute Provisions
If a particular dispute-resolution or governing-law provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply where they can lawfully operate independently.
34.5 Good-Faith Interpretation
These Terms should be interpreted consistently with their wording, the purpose of the relevant provisions, and applicable law.
No provision will be interpreted as authorising unlawful activity, excluding a mandatory legal obligation, or removing a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
35. Changes to These Terms
35.1 Right to Update These Terms
Qashpool may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its Services, business operations, technology, legal obligations, or other relevant circumstances.
Reasons for updating these Terms may include:
a. Introducing, modifying, or discontinuing platform features.
b. Clarifying existing provisions or correcting errors.
c. Addressing new security, fraud-prevention, or operational requirements.
d. Updating payment, subscription, cancellation, or reward procedures.
e. Complying with changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements.
f. Addressing other legitimate operational or legal needs.
Any update will remain subject to applicable law and any requirements concerning notice, consent, or existing contractual rights.
35.2 Notice of Material Changes
Where a change materially affects users’ rights, obligations, paid entitlements, or use of the Services, Qashpool will provide appropriate notice where required by law and reasonably practicable.
Notice may be provided through the website, application, registered email address, account notification, or another appropriate official communication channel.
The notice may identify the principal changes and the date on which the revised Terms take effect.
Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to a material change, Qashpool will obtain that consent before applying the change to the affected user.
35.3 Effective Date of Revised Terms
Each published version of these Terms should identify its effective date and the date on which it was last updated.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a valid agreement, a revision will apply from its stated effective date.
A revision will not automatically apply retrospectively to completed transactions, completed competitions, or established entitlements.
Any correction or adjustment relating to an earlier event must have a valid basis under the applicable rules and law.
35.4 User Acceptance of Changes
Where required, Qashpool may ask users to review and accept revised Terms before continuing to access particular Services.
If you do not agree to a material change, you should stop using the affected Service and may contact Qashpool to understand the available options.
Where the change affects an existing subscription or another established entitlement, Qashpool will handle the matter in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and law.
Continuing to use the Services may constitute acceptance of revised Terms only where that method of acceptance is legally effective and the applicable notice and consent requirements have been satisfied.
35.5 Version History
Qashpool may maintain records of previous versions of these Terms for transparency, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Where appropriate, previous versions may be made available upon request or through a version-history feature.
Maintaining a previous version does not mean that it governs every historical transaction; the applicable version will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
35.6 Changes Required by Law
Qashpool may make urgent changes, restrict features, or suspend activities where necessary to comply with applicable law or a lawful direction from a competent authority.
Where advance notice is not reasonably possible, Qashpool will provide appropriate information afterward where practicable and legally permitted.
Any such action will remain subject to mandatory legal requirements and established contractual obligations.
36. Notices and Communications
36.1 Official Communication Channels
Qashpool may communicate with users through official channels, including:
a. The Qashpool website.
b. Notifications within the application.
c. The email address associated with the user’s account.
d. The mobile number associated with the user’s account, where appropriate and lawful.
e. Other official channels identified by Qashpool.
The communication method used will depend on the nature and importance of the information.
36.2 Notices to Users
Qashpool may use official communication channels to provide information about:
a. Account registration and security.
b. Verification requirements.
c. Subscription activation, renewal, or cancellation.
d. Competition schedules and material rule changes.
e. Results, reward eligibility, or withdrawal processing, where applicable.
f. Technical issues or service interruptions.
g. Complaints and support requests.
h. Changes to these Terms or other relevant policies.
i. Legal or regulatory requirements affecting the Services.
Where applicable law requires a particular form of notice or affirmative consent, Qashpool will follow that requirement.
36.3 User Responsibility for Contact Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and updating it when necessary.
You should ensure that you can access the email address or mobile number associated with your account.
If you change your mobile number or lose access to your registered contact details, you should use the available account-recovery process or contact Qashpool support.
Qashpool may require appropriate verification before changing account contact information or restoring access.
36.4 Notices to Qashpool
Formal communications to Qashpool may be sent to:
Legal entity: Wisebox Pvt Ltd
Brand: Qashpool
Email: hello@qashpool.com
Website: https://qashpool.com
The email address may be used for general support and other communications unless a separate contact is specified for a particular purpose.
Where applicable law requires formal legal notices, grievance complaints, or other communications to be sent to a designated person or address, the relevant published details should be used.
36.5 Security of Communications
Users should verify that a communication purporting to come from Qashpool originates from an official channel.
Qashpool support personnel should not ask users to disclose passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
If you receive a suspicious message requesting payment, credentials, or sensitive information in Qashpool’s name, do not comply with the request. Contact Qashpool through its official support channel to verify its authenticity.
36.6 Delivery and Receipt
The delivery of an email, notification, or other electronic communication may be affected by technical issues, incorrect contact information, network failures, or third-party systems.
Where a particular legal notice must be delivered in a specified manner, that legal requirement will prevail over this general provision.
Nothing in this section automatically treats a notice as legally received where applicable law requires additional steps.
37. General Legal Provisions
37.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Qashpool Privacy Policy and any applicable feature-specific rules, purchase terms, or other documents expressly incorporated into them, govern your use of the relevant Services.
They replace earlier understandings concerning the same subject matter to the extent permitted by law, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section excludes a representation, right, or obligation that applicable law requires to remain effective.
37.2 Relationship Between Documents
The following documents may apply to your use of Qashpool:
a. These Terms and Conditions.
b. The Privacy Policy.
c. Competition-specific rules.
d. Subscription and purchase conditions.
e. Applicable reward and withdrawal rules, where those features are lawfully offered.
f. Other feature-specific notices or agreements presented to you.
Each document applies to its stated subject matter.
If two documents conflict, they should be interpreted consistently where possible. If a conflict cannot be resolved, the applicable precedence provisions in Part I will apply, subject always to mandatory law.
A feature-specific document does not override a mandatory legal requirement merely because it is more specific.
37.3 Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply where they can operate independently and lawfully.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, an invalid provision may be interpreted narrowly to preserve its lawful purpose without materially changing the agreement.
37.4 No Waiver
If Qashpool does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically mean that it has waived the right to enforce that provision later.
Any waiver must be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.
A waiver concerning one event does not automatically constitute a waiver concerning another event.
37.5 Assignment and Transfer
You may not transfer your account or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Qashpool’s prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Qashpool may transfer or assign its rights and obligations in connection with a lawful restructuring, merger, acquisition, business transfer, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.
Any transfer must not be used to circumvent legal obligations or improperly remove an established user entitlement.
37.6 No Agency or Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or other legal association between you and Qashpool merely because you use the Services.
Neither party may represent that it has authority to bind the other unless that authority has been expressly granted.
This provision does not alter any relationship that arises independently under applicable law.
37.7 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law, these Terms do not create enforceable rights for a person who is not a party to the agreement.
This provision does not affect rights that a third party may have independently under applicable law.
37.8 Interpretation
Headings are included for convenience and do not independently determine the meaning of a provision.
Words in the singular may include the plural and vice versa where the context permits.
References to laws include applicable amendments, replacements, and subordinate legislation, where relevant.
Examples are illustrative and do not limit the general meaning of a provision unless expressly stated.
37.9 Electronic Records and Acceptance
Where legally permitted, electronic records, electronic communications, and electronically recorded acceptance may be used to document a user’s agreement to these Terms.
Qashpool may maintain records of acceptance, including the relevant version of the Terms and the date of acceptance, for appropriate operational and legal purposes.
Electronic acceptance will be relied upon only to the extent that it satisfies applicable legal requirements.
37.10 Compliance with Applicable Law
Both Qashpool and users must comply with the laws applicable to their respective activities and obligations.
Nothing in these Terms authorises a user to participate in an unlawful activity or authorises Qashpool to operate a feature contrary to applicable law.
If a particular feature becomes unlawful or is subject to a binding restriction, Qashpool may suspend, modify, or discontinue that feature as reasonably necessary to comply with the law.
37.11 Language
These Terms are drafted in English.
If Qashpool provides a translation, the translation should accurately reflect the English version. Where a legally valid translated version is required or expressly designated as controlling, the relevant legal requirements and agreement will determine which version applies.
Users should contact Qashpool if they identify a material inconsistency between published versions.
37.12 No Exclusion of Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or modifies a right, remedy, or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or modified.
Where a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
37.13 Continuing Effect of Valid Obligations
The expiry, cancellation, or termination of an account or Service does not automatically eliminate obligations that validly arose before that event.
Any continuing obligation must have a lawful basis and will remain subject to applicable limitation periods, consumer rights, privacy requirements, and other mandatory legal protections.
